Just seen this. Nicely made video capturing one of the biggest visual changes in Louth for many years. I must admit I do like having Aldi in its place which does benefit the town and bring more people in.
What a shame and it saddens me how lovely building has been knocked down I love to go back in time no technology I hate living now every town is ruined they are listed buildings I agree they should be left alone I love looking at old builds like docks houses old shops etc
Louth has a big enough problem with chavs and single mum benefit scroungers, without catering to them with a frickin' ALDI ! A Sainsbury's would have been much better. At least that's a middle class supermarket.

netto bought out by asda so louth would have ended up with an asda instead
aldi sits in its place & if you travel to theddlethorpe thats another landmark thats dissappeared the gas terminal
