My pleasure. I am sorry, I dont have any knowledge for big apple tyres. But, this Birdy version was converted from ordinary Birdy, so it can be changed to either Black Jack version, or 20" tyre, as shown in my earlier video
Hi Alan, for long ride we need to prepare more drink water than usual as sometimes not easy to find convenient store. So more than one water bottle is recommended. Both bottle cage is for water bottle holder. On the stem, you may install one with magnetic so easier to grab out while riding. For one install on frame is for reserve or you may use it for bottle with tools inside. Thank you.
Hi Imran. Thanks. I havent rode far with this bike. But I have rode few hundreds km with my other black birdy (ruclips.net/video/lQlXqcO_34I/видео.html). I want to try this one as well soon with full loaded bags. I would shre the experience later. Thanks again for watching. Safe ride.
Hi, it is 18" wheel size. For the time being, I cant find offroad mud terrain tyre with size 20". Even if available, I think it would impact when folding
Thanks for your video and suggestion. Currently, I have a brompton and mid Nov I’m expecting my Birdy GT. It look like adding the rear rack would be a good option as I can see how it support the fold and roll + provide addition luggage storage.
I toured in South Korea from Soeul to Busan on a Birdy. It was comfortable and capable.

Hi thanks for your information. May I ask you the stock Birdy City's wheels can accommodate schwalbe black jack tyres or 18"x2"big apple tyres or not?

Birdy is way too expensive to ride in trails it's more of a showpiece
😁😁😁
Weird. Birdy obviously not for touring
yes it is weird but very handy and practical. can take it on bus or train easily
