LOVE YOUR DEDICATION TO HELPING US ALL GET THE MOST OUT OF OUR XPs. Please take good care of yourself and stay safe. I know I'm a few months late seeing your video. BUT THANK YOU. I know you're probably still working to make things even better for us.
The new freewheel is a big improvement as you've shown. My problem with the original gearing is being able to maintain a good pace like 20 MPH using a lower step assist setting, the pedals are spinning so fast that it's hard to put any grunt into them to maintain speed while saving battery power. Thank you for this series Jeremiah, very helpful.
Also I was polishing it up which she didn't really need and I was doing all those little things that you showed such as putting the little adhesives on the battery so as to prevent shaking noise, cleaning the rotor brakes w/alcohol pads, tightening all the nuts and bolts, using a white tire marker on the white lettering on the tires, mounting additional front and rear lights, mounting the kryptonite ulock on the back seat post, etc...
Thank you so much for putting your life on the line to make this video. It’s extremely dangerous to be going at this speed just using one hand and filming with the other. That’s why your are getting a big thumb up 👍
I didn’t own an ebike but after watching your videos and commitment to content you made it simple. Thanks you and be safe riding one handed got me nervous for you.
It looks like it handles really well even at 25+ mph with smaller sized fat wheels. The folding pedals and frame make it a great commuter bike and now with an 11t sprocket you can get a full work out and a better ratio, thanks
Jeremiah, I appreciate you taking the time to post this instructive video. It saved me time and effort to get the work done. I replaced the stock freewheel with the DNP 11-34. That extra low gear will help me on the steep hills and if I'm running low on battery I'll be able to pull the hills if necessary. I've actually had situations in hilly terrain such as in old logged off forests where the trails are steep and rutted where a real low gear could be helpful, especially with a low battery. The extra high gear is really nice on the flats and downhill. Keep riding, keep safe!
@@JeremiahMcintosh I've not put many miles on it, but so far I think it's going to be a good upgrade. It really zooms on flat trails in high gear with Pas 5 . The low gear is probably not going to get a lot of use, but it's there in a pinch. I can pedal this beast up a pretty steep hill now where I couldn't before. I'll be able to pedal home with no power if needed . The derailleur did take some adjusting to get it to shift into high gear smoothly but the chain is long enough and there's no problem with the factory drive train. It's working good now in all 7 gears. One thing I'd say is the factory Shimano set seems to be a bit more meaty than the DNP. I'll put some miles on it and see how it holds up. Cheers and be safe!
@@matthewstanko I've never regretted the upgrade. There are two hills where I like to ride that I can only pull with the 34 tooth low gear. Plus, in high gear on the flat or down hill I can get more speed at a more comfortable pedal pace with 11 . So, no regrets. I've swapped two others' bikes and they are happy too. 👍🏻👍🏻
@@JimBellamy that's awesome, in that case I'm definitely going to put the 11-34. You said you needed to do some adjustments on the shifter to accommodate a smooth transition from 24 to 34. What did you need to do?
So excited. My XP step threw came in yesterday. got it unpacked and only got to ride it for about 5 miles. Can't wait to put some miles on it. I bought the rockbros bag off your link and the cloud nine seat as well. Installed them both right out of the gate. I can't get over how much torque. I am 270 lbs and it moves me really well. I got it in black. I ordered the blue wheel reflector stickers today. Man they really show up at night. Love all your videos. I have watched them all it seems. I think the freewheel upgrade is in my future as well but like you have said in the past, I think its more enjoyable on PAS 2 or 3. Its not a race and I want to experience nature. I have a Harley for fast. LOL
Awesome you’re going to love it! Thanks for the feedback it’s what keeps me creating these videos! I’m glad you found some of my recommendations helpful.
Hey Jeremiah 👋 listen I just received my XP today and their wasn't a scratch on it and it went from Arizona to New York. Electric is doing a huge job with the packaging and tightening of everything. I'm serious they are fantastic !!! I thought that the bike was going to be kinda small. In person this is a hefty bike and its drop dead gorgeous!!! I haven't mounted her yet because I was changing the saddle and putting the alarm/ horn, side mirrors etc..
@@JeremiahMcintosh I believe it it was worth the wait...thanks on all the tips and accessories for the bike. I bought the same saddle and seat post too
Nice job explaining the different gearing between the two free wheels. Also it was very helpful showing the difference in peddling in the various gears. It actually helped me to better determine the best gearing for my ebike. Thank you. Keep up the good work!
Thanks. That was some well done job you did showing the before and after. Appreciate your hard work. I’ve been following your advice on mostly all your recommendations.
Hey Jeremiah great video as always. Check the Lectric XP Facebook Group Thread. Looks like you change P08 to 60 instead of 45 and the bike will top out at 35mph and throttle can go up to 28mph. If you have time see if it works on your Lectric XP as its working on the newer ones.
Same here...I think? That last notification they sent out kinda suggest that the May order could be a little later than originally estimated. I was told the tenth of May originally, but the last update was more to do with the April order arriving in than May. Either way I can't wait😁
Just curious what the ETA for delivery is now? I want to get one but missed out on the April pre-orders for May deliveries. Are they doing May orders for June deliveries? Would be nice to get one before the summer is over! 😉
@@JeremiahMcintosh that's nice. I have 48 14/28 and I already freewheel at around 18mph. So that's the upgrade I've been looking for. You seem to paddle to around 25mph.
Glad to see that you have the helmet this time. I noticed that a couple times when you were showing the rear cog cassette, you were in 6th when you said you were in 7th, Other times actually went to 7th. Might need to tweak the high gear limit screw on your rear derailleur. This is a problem I've had with my XP.. Good video. Thanks.
Since I live in a mountainous area, I swapped to an 11 - 34 gearset for a lower first gear as well as a taller 7th. The low gear is about 22% lower, and the high is about 27.5% higher. Lectric should have made this gearset standard since they use only one front gear (as opposed to two or three on a standard mountain bike).
Nice video, wonder how this mod differs from changing the front sprocket to 50-52 tooth. I guess that would change all the ratios where what you did maintain the low gear from climbing.
I've been waiting patiently Jeremiah for this follow up video to see the actual results of changing out the components! You rode off and we didn't hear back from you in almost a week! Also please don't kill yourself by going off the road hitting one of those potholes while trying to get the best angle! We need you to keep producing good content for us! 😉
Thank you sir and I’ll try not to crash! Yeah I know the anticipation and waiting for a whole week LOL sorry it does take a few days for me to make each video by the time I film and edit while trying to find spare time to do it.
My model c also came with a 14-28 shimano. It’s true that 11 would be better for traveling at high speeds, but what I’ve realized is that it isn’t very comfortable to maintain 23+, and also it uses way more battery. When I have a few thousand miles on it and it’s time to replace the cassette, chain and front chain ring, I’ll probably opt for an 11-28, but no rush. Thanks for the video! It’s something I was thinking about even before the bike arrived.
Thanks Jeremiah for the great videos you create for us. I like the technical aspect of how you film about the Lectric. What do you know about replacing the computer and monitor screen? Seems there are some minor nags built into the computer and screen that comes with the bike. Let me know what you have found on replacing the computer. Thank you
Love your vids. I have 700 miles on mine since Christmas and Im having fun!!!. My favorite upgrade is the aftermarket 15.5ah battery I mounted on the rack.
Hey Luvthe lake, was curious about the 15.5ah battery. So, it's used now instead of the one in the frame of the bike right? And if so, I'd imagine you removed that one. Also, do you have a link for the aftermarket battery? Thanks so much..
@@jono5900 No I did not remove the stock battery, I use it often. I hooked them both up to the bike. I got parallel y connector and t style deans connectors w/cable for $10 bucks and the battery was $290 but had fast shipping ,I could of got them for $270 each on eBay. It took ten minutes to hook each bike up . I use both but the 15.5 battery I use most often for the speed and power . With the turn of a key I have a fresh battery. It doesn't allow me to add picks on here. You could stack two or three on the back rack and ride 100s of mile a day.hehe.. I ride 50 miles easy without worrying about a charge. Its a blessing and ease of mind too. My wife loves hers too.
@@rustymeyers1 Thanks man..that's awesome to hear. I just received and already assembled my bike this AM and am charging it as I type. I think my first mod might be swapping out the free wheel to a 11-28 as I know the spinning pedals is gonna bother me. I'm not at all electrically inclined so I'll prob try and find someone here in NYC to make 3 adjustments: Swap out the freewheel, connect a more powerful light directly to the existing electrical system and add an additional battery with your y connector mod. Thanks again for the idea....
@@jono5900 get a good seat post and seat and great stuff the tires. The rear tire is super hard to get back on the bike forks. Im not electrically incline either hehe. The battery is a super simple addition but kind of expensive. I like the battery power a lot..
I actually just ordered an 11 28 for my wired freedom….I usually stay in psa 1 around 18mph….curious to see what my new pedaling / resistance would be….
That's pretty cool how you were able to show the cassette changing gears I'm definitely going to get that cassette and put it on the rear of my bike I think it'll give me more speed and torque thank you for the educational video good job 👍🏼🚵🏻♂️🚴♂️
Oh man thx for this. Excellent comparison showing cadence between the two, just what I needed! Hopefully it will fit the 3.0 (Amazon reviews are only for the 2.0). My only small debate is whether to go with the 34T low gear, like are there any downsides to it? Seems a very steep jump for the chain to make when going from 2nd to 1st gear. Also seems unnecessary to have such a high tooth count low gear on a bike with pedal assist.
@@JeremiahMcintosh Personally, when I'm trying to push this sucker into/past 28 mph while in PAS 5, I start ghost pedaling at around 22 mph. If I had just a little more pedal there lol, getting this bike to like mid 30's or higher...would be pretty cool. But seems like I can't get any smaller than 11 tooth for the high gear.
Jeremiah, you nailed it with this video! Exactly what a lot of people are looking for: to see how fast the peddling is at maximum speed. Also very good you told the speed while on the bike. Also the comparing with older video's...smart thinking. Well done! I have a similar bike but not a Lectric. The online dealer told me I could not get smaller than 13. Isn't the axle size and diameter cassette standard? Do you have a link of the freewheel? Thanks, great video.
thanks - yeah - recently got one and checking it out, to compensate for suspension I deflated tire pressure on tires - good or ad I don't know but it's not as bumpy, my biggest issue is peddling - I maximize my peddling to a point that is senseless so I just throttle up, I hate using the throttle but its the only way to maximize my speed cause the peddling low gears just don't cut it for me - - I use it to run errands and I want to hurry pp and get there and back but by using the throttle all the time - it drains my battery fast or more then I want - my objective is to use peddle assist to save battery power for longer trips without using the throttle that sucks my battery charge - I am thinking of incorporating your idea but going downhill seems kind of like cheating to maximize speed - a level surface would have been better because I can go downhill all day without even peddling :) , I use my bike for errands and not leisure. thank you for your video's .
Hey Jer,, my bike and I noticed your bike too, once the bike hits 28mph the controller will cut power to the motor until it gets below 22mph,, you can peddle like hell but seems to just keep slowing down didn't matter up hill or down , I have a long long hill at my home and have tried this several times, and once the bike gets to that speed it happens, if you find out how to by pass the limiter on the bike it would maintain the top speed.. Hi I've followed your video on changing the freewheel. Now while my e bike is only 250 watt its still capable of 21mph slight down hill assistant 5 gear 7 and my legs going hell for leather. But maybe this because I have my wheel size set to 24 inch rather than 20 inch rim size, as fat tyres have increased the rolling size.. it would be interesting to see if your freewheel with a change to wheel size will give you a higher speed . Because I'm in England. United Kingdom legally we are only allowed e bike capable of 15.5 mph on public right of way. But I'm not saying anything (ha ha ) I as
@@JeremiahMcintosh hi I should have said my fat tyre ebike doesn't have a makers name only a supplier sticker, it is not an lectric though the only difference I can see with all these bikes is frame design and motor output. most other parts are the same, it is interesting that your programming is locked. Hey Jeremiah love your videos. Any chance you can do a video on the battery? Size and specs. It looks like Mate bike and Same Bike have the same battery. It looks like the battery can be upgraded from 10ah to 14ah
Really curious if the 34t version will make the derailleur interfere with the 20x4" fat tire since it will likely put the chain below the rim and close to where the tire bulges outward. Has anyone tried installing the 34t version on their 20x4" fat tire bike and have direct experience if it rubs on the tire when in the 34T gear?
This is good. This is what I was looking for. The original gearing on my 2.0 you run out of gearing about 20 miles an hour. Getting over 20mph, pedal cadence is too fast to actually put down power. Before I increased the speed in the controller I could feel the motor cutting out at 20 mph, Will the motor now start cutting out over 28 mph?
Hi I have been watching your videos and thanks very much and I have one question about using the headlight/tail light power to wire up USB charger kit to charge the smartphone,do you think that would work? Thanks
I don’t know for sure but doubt it will work because you need 5v for usb and the bike is 48v. Not sure how many volts the headlight and taillights put out tho.
This is one of my older videos, so not sure if I’m using the road wireless mic in this one or not but the media mod would be way worse when riding down the road and the camera being 6 feet away.
Maybe you can get one of those Insta 360 cameras that's making its way around vloggers lately. It captures the whole 360 view and you can edit and rotate the view post filming. Looks like a drone footage. Might be a little easier than having to aim the camera plus the rotating angles on edit look really cool
The Kendra Kraze tires make it a lot easier to maintain 28mph because they have less resistance than the original ones. And they are a lot more puncture proof. Hey Jeremiah! Great videos! Ordered my XP on 4/30/2020. Can't wait to get it! I'm wondering how you, or maybe other subscribers, secure your XP bike when you go to public places? Or if you have a good locking system you might be able to recommend. Totally new to e bikes here but really looking forward to learning ropes. Keep up the awesome videos! they are very much appreciated.
If you live in an area with hills the 11-34t would probably be better than the 11-28 that I installed but I’m not sure if it will work directly of if you would need a longer chain?
They're afraid here in Ireland to work on any Chinese electric bike that has a throttle also, as they know insurance is not needed and so if there was an accident people would have so few options with regards to who to sue, they could decide to sue the bike shop that last worked on it, suggesting they were somehow culpable.
If you move your frame bag could it cover the Lectric logo or can you recommend a frame bag that does? That would be much better than putting vinyl over it or something similar to that.
I have thought about the 11-34 a few times but to be honest where I live with the hills around my area I haven’t needed anything lower than the 28. One thing I feel it would really be good for is if you were trying to pedal the bike up the hill with out any motor assist like if the bike broke down or the battery was dead but other than that I’ve been happy with the 11-28
Jeremiah Mcintosh thank you! That helped a lot because I’m near the beach and it’s fairly flat here. I made sure to order through your links. Your channel has been a huge help!
Hi Jeremiah Mcintosh. Can you tell me please what chain do you have on the bike? I have the same freewheel DNP and the old chain it's a little bigger for the cassette. I need a narrower chain.
Great video, thanks! I tried to source the 11-28 freewheel, but that Amazon link has the shipping as much as the part and a long wait. Any idea of another source? I tried googling it. There's a letter "t" in some descriptions but not all. Your guidance please? Thanks again --

Hi, I have the same bike and was wondering how you like the your bottle holder. Is it staying put with the clamp system. I'm having a hard time finding one that fits around the handle bar stem being that's is so fat.
Yes it has been working fine for me And I go over it a little more in my accessory video if you would like to check it out here. Lectric Xp E-Bike Accessories! The 11 tooth sprocket is the one that’s going to make a difference for ghost peddling and the larger one only makes it easier for hills so if you don’t have hills in your area 11 to 28 would be just fine.
I tried to install the 11-28 freewheel but found out my Xp 2.0 doesn’t have the removable washer/spacer under the factory freewheel. Where the spacer should be, there is a flange/stepped area that is part of the hub. As such, the new freewheel doesn’t sit with the correct gap and the chain and derailleur are all wrong. Any ideas to correct this? I have reached out to Lectric for a solution but no reply yet. Btw, my ebike is only a month old and I don’t know if Lectric changed the design.

Is the XP2.0 installation process for the free wheel basically the same re same nuts & bolts used on updated bike as previous version. Any procedural differences?
I’m not sure yet. The 2.0 seems tighter so not sure how it will fit on there because I haven’t taken the 2.0 apart yet. Maybe someone who has can comment here if they have already changed their freewheel on the 2.0.
I am waiting on my bike to arrive soon and was looking for a suspension post. I was going to order the one on the Lectric website but they are sold out. The one you recommend is much cheaper but gets fairly low reviews. What are your thoughts?
I have no complaints on mine at all I would definitely recommend a different seat for sure that’s probably more important than the post in my opinion.Have you seen my accessory video?
My frame bag actually holds a cell phone as well that Velcro’s to the top of it. Is that what you mean? There is a link in the description of my video if so.
Hi, I'm considering buying the "Shimano Alivio derailleur RD-M410 7s" and "Shimano 7s cassette CS-HG41 11-28", would this fit you think? I can get both for $35. I've got an Engwe EP-2 bike which is almost the same as the Lectric.
Ok , so strange question, but how slow can this bike go , like for walking /biking a dog ? Or cruising around very slowly , like biking along with a friend who is walking ?
Yes you can take the battery out and charge it in the house but it is a lot easier just to leave it in. You can turn PAS off and pedal manually a slow as you want or use PAS1 and set cruise control to whatever speed do you want then turn Cruise off and you could still pedal. I’ll show you that in this video here if you want to check it out. ruclips.net/video/7s3S-Kg6AA8/видео.html
@Chukalux77++ Jeremiah Mcintosh has a video where he found out how to set a slow cruising speed in pedal assist 0 and he was still able to add a small amount of speed by pedaling just a little bit. After watching his video I tried it and it works! The slowest that I am able to set the cruise control on my Lectric XP is 2.5 MPH which is insanely slow. This is slower than walking speed (4 MPH) and it is quite a challenge to balance the bike while travelling so insanely slow. I believe being able to set cruise control to slower than 2.5 MPH would be a stupid thing to be able to do. Who would be able to balance a bike at a turtle's speed? By the way, if you try to set the cruise control to slower than 2.5 MPH, it just goes into walk mode which is faster at 2.9 MPH. To get into walk mode just long press the down arrow for 1 second. I have found out that walk mode is easier to get into than slow cruise and is better suited to biking along with non-motorized bikes. I just put it in walk mode and pedal slowly, hitting the brakes occasionally and the other bikers don't even know that I am using the motor.
The different gearing won’t make it go faster but it will help you contribute your own power when you are going faster if that makes sense so essentially if you’re using your own human power yes the new one is faster.
I made a video on it here if you would like to check it out. Not too bad on flat terrain but any hills are difficult. ruclips.net/video/QhRUS_6v7sQ/видео.html
Yes I would imagine you can, you may have to drill out the hole a little bigger on the wagon mount to fit over the axle or you can get one that mounts to the seat post. I’ve seen on Facebook that a few guys have done this.
I upgraded my freewheel too.. Huge different at higher speeds. Although most the time I try to stay in pas 3 at 10 amps to conserve battery.. But for short bursts or quick trips, and down hills its great. Anybody who buys this bike should not expect to go 28 MPH the whole ride. Your battery will quickly drain at that work load pulling 20 amps.. I find 12-15mph is the sweet spot for the xp most the time.

Nice job explaining the different gearing between the two free wheels. Also it was very helpful showing the difference in peddling in the various gears. It actually helped me to better determine the best gearing for my ebike. Thank you. Keep up the good work!
Thank You Joseph!
Thanks. That was some well done job you did showing the before and after. Appreciate your hard work. I’ve been following your advice on mostly all your recommendations.
Thank you. I appreciate that!
Thanks Louis! I believe I tried that before and it didn’t work but I’m going to check again.
Getting mines in 4 days, can't wait. Got the 11-28 freewheel as well but not getting until next month.
Same here...I think? That last notification they sent out kinda suggest that the May order could be a little later than originally estimated. I was told the tenth of May originally, but the last update was more to do with the April order arriving in than May. Either way I can't wait😁

@@JeremiahMcintosh dude how big is your front chain ring ?
I believe it’s a 52T chainring on the front.
Good video. Thanks.
Thanks for the heads up I’ll have to watch my video but I’m pretty sure I went from sixth to seventh gear to first gear and then back to seventh gear?
Since I live in a mountainous area, I swapped to an 11 - 34 gearset for a lower first gear as well as a taller 7th. The low gear is about 22% lower, and the high is about 27.5% higher. Lectric should have made this gearset standard since they use only one front gear (as opposed to two or three on a standard mountain bike).
Totally agree ! Have had nothing but problems with the original freewheel too.
Thanks for all of your efforts making these great videos!
You are welcome! Thank you!
Just ordered this and found your video on RUclips! Thanks for the video!
That would be one expensive pothole if it threw him, damaged bike, smashed phone and road rash
You should really install a mirror on the left side of the handlebar.
Just installed a bar end mirror on the left side of my XP today. The new freewheel soon.
Thank you
Nice upgrade, is there a way to change the front sprocket?
Hello, I would like to know when I should change my brakes on my lectric xp or are you going to have a video on that subject?
Just make sure you know if your bike has a freewheel or a cassette because they are different.
Oh wait, I just looked up the specs on the 3.0, it's already an 11-28T freewheel! What now, bigger chain ring?
@pondacres no need to it’s geared correctly.
All you guys that hold these cameras one hand going 30mph are nuts lol
Great job on this video. Thanks
Thank you. All the links are in the description of my videos.
thanks - yeah - recently got one and checking it out, to compensate for suspension I deflated tire pressure on tires - good or ad I don't know but it's not as bumpy, my biggest issue is peddling - I maximize my peddling to a point that is senseless so I just throttle up, I hate using the throttle but its the only way to maximize my speed cause the peddling low gears just don't cut it for me - - I use it to run errands and I want to hurry pp and get there and back but by using the throttle all the time - it drains my battery fast or more then I want - my objective is to use peddle assist to save battery power for longer trips without using the throttle that sucks my battery charge - I am thinking of incorporating your idea but going downhill seems kind of like cheating to maximize speed - a level surface would have been better because I can go downhill all day without even peddling :) , I use my bike for errands and not leisure. thank you for your video's .
I'm still searching
Great video Jeremiah I always enjoy them

Hi, great channel - have you thought of adding a higher tooth chainring?
Could you send a link on how to get your helmet? Thanks.
As long as you don’t use throttle. The motor will always cut out at 20mph while using throttle.
Pedaling downhill at 28 mph while holding a damn camera stick. I'm amazed he made it home in one piece.

I have been watching your videos and thanks very much and I have one question about using the headlight/tail light power to wire up USB charger kit to charge the smartphone,do you think that would work? Thanks
I don’t know for sure but doubt it will work because you need 5v for usb and the bike is 48v. Not sure how many volts the headlight and taillights put out tho.
You should replace the Chainring to a 58 tooth.
Why 58 tooth ?
I'm not to crazy with your wireless mic. Maybe you'd prefer the media mod for your GoPro.
This is one of my older videos, so not sure if I’m using the road wireless mic in this one or not but the media mod would be way worse when riding down the road and the camera being 6 feet away.
This is excellent stuff! What's the difference between a 11-28 freewheel and a 11-34?
11-34 would be better for steep hills
Maybe you can get one of those Insta 360 cameras that's making its way around vloggers lately. It captures the whole 360 view and you can edit and rotate the view post filming. Looks like a drone footage.
Might be a little easier than having to aim the camera plus the rotating angles on edit look really cool
Thanks for the tip I’ve been checking those out! I would love to get one in the future if I get some extra cash!
The Kendra Kraze tires make it a lot easier to maintain 28mph because they have less resistance than the original ones. And they are a lot more puncture proof. Hey bro nice video, what do you think about an 11-34 teeth freewheel do you think it will add even more efficiency? Thanks your vids are appreciated
If you live in an area with hills the 11-34t would probably be better than the 11-28 that I installed but I’m not sure if it will work directly of if you would need a longer chain?
Can I get this upgrade right from the factory? Because where I live nobody wants to work on this bike.
They're afraid here in Ireland to work on any Chinese electric bike that has a throttle also, as they know insurance is not needed and so if there was an accident people would have so few options with regards to who to sue, they could decide to sue the bike shop that last worked on it, suggesting they were somehow culpable.
You didn’t see his install video? Looked easy...
If you move your frame bag could it cover the Lectric logo or can you recommend a frame bag that does? That would be much better than putting vinyl over it or something similar to that.
I actually thought about buying a 2nd one to cover it up.
If you were to do it again would you consider the 11-34 instead? I’m going to order one soon. Thanks Jeremiah!

Would you go with the 11-34 if you didn’t have hills but don’t want any ghost peddling or is the 11-28 plenty?
The 11 tooth sprocket is the one that’s going to make a difference for ghost peddling and the larger one only makes it easier for hills so if you don’t have hills in your area 11 to 28 would be just fine.
Nice but they have the 11 34 t also what's the difference bro getting ready to pull the trigger??
11-34 would be better for steep hills but if you’re ok with 1st gear on the stock 14-28 on hills you won’t need the 11-34.

Patiently waiting for a 9-28 freewheel. 😂😂
I just did an 11-28 conversion for my New G-Force T42 and on the 7th gear, the chain it's slipping under load. What could be causing that?
The chain may not be centered on the 7th gear and the derailer may just need adjusted.

I’m not sure if it would fit but my guess would be no on the cassette because it probably uses a freewheel like the Lectric.
Is it possible to simply swap out the 8th gear cogs from your old cog to your new cog or is the cassette a single unit?
No you can’t change just one cog because it is a freewheel and not a cassette. Freewheeled are one piece and screw on.
Would this work on a 2.0?
This freewheel should be standard. I ordered one yesterday, along with a sweep back handlebar.
I agree!

No I do not.
Ok , so strange question, but how slow can this bike go , like for walking /biking a dog ? Or cruising around very slowly , like biking along with a friend who is walking ?
Also , can you take the battery out and charge it in the house or does it have to charge in the bike ?
Yes you can take the battery out and charge it in the house but it is a lot easier just to leave it in. You can turn PAS off and pedal manually a slow as you want or use PAS1 and set cruise control to whatever speed do you want then turn Cruise off and you could still pedal. I’ll show you that in this video here if you want to check it out.
ruclips.net/video/7s3S-Kg6AA8/видео.html
Jeremiah Mcintosh awesome!! Thanks!!!
So just wondering which is faster the old or new gearing? 🙏 thanks
The different gearing won’t make it go faster but it will help you contribute your own power when you are going faster if that makes sense so essentially if you’re using your own human power yes the new one is faster.

Are you still happy with the 11-28? Any problems?
Yep. No problems at all! Well worth upgrading especially if you ride at higher speeds.
can i put a trailer on it./?????
Yes I would imagine you can, you may have to drill out the hole a little bigger on the wagon mount to fit over the axle or you can get one that mounts to the seat post. I’ve seen on Facebook that a few guys have done this.
How about a 11/34?
Yep that one would be better for steep hills!
Wow, one handed u-turns while holding a camera on a stick! I would not try that!
After 2 years the battery is ok?
Yes
I upgraded my freewheel too.. Huge different at higher speeds. Although most the time I try to stay in pas 3 at 10 amps to conserve battery.. But for short bursts or quick trips, and down hills its great. Anybody who buys this bike should not expect to go 28 MPH the whole ride. Your battery will quickly drain at that work load pulling 20 amps.. I find 12-15mph is the sweet spot for the xp most the time.
Where can I get a xp coupon ?
I don’t know if there is any any right now but maybe try KEVCENTRAL
