The wheels of the chariots used in the Jagannath Rath Yatra in Puri are made from logs of specified trees. These trees include Dhaura, Pia sal, Asan, Phasi Bandhan, and Kasi.
The hereditary carpenters attached to the temple, who specialize in making chariots, ensure that the wood is approved and suitable for constructing these massive wooden wheels.
Interestingly, not a single nail is used in the construction of Lord Jagannath’s chariot, emphasizing the traditional craftsmanship and reverence associated with this ancient festival.

Today was my chsl exam. And i was so happy attending GS question and could remember Richa mam's tricks while answering them.
In the morning before going for exam, i watched the dance forms of india because my sister told me that she had one question from there. And luckily there was a question.
One ques from ministry 2024. And many more.
Its not been so long since i have been following this channel, I stared preparation from may only and so proud of myself that i found the best channel which has helped me a lot in my first attempt.
