These are correct sentences. Most of them refer to the future time. It's nearly impossible for me to explain everything here as WOULD has a wide range of usages. I'll make a lesson on it soon.

"Being a teacher, puts lots of responsibilities on your shoulder." 2. "Salman, being an army officer, does a lot of charity work". 3. "Being poor, jenny works in a medical store". How come "Being a teacher" is a Gerund in the first sentence while "being an army offer" and "being poor" in the latter sentences are belong to participle clause". Would pls explain.
