The Dodo ❤️ you guys
Tks dodo 😍
The Dodo Pit bulls can be very sweet and lovable dogs; they just get a lot of bad press because of morons.
Cornell Green So true.
The Dodo that’s so true I adopted a shelter dog and when we adopted it and brought it home it didn’t really feel happy he was so sad. But we never gave up on hike now he has a new friend and he is so happy
Most dangerous thing about that dog is her smile and that tail
Brian K As an owner of a pit, I can say YES THAT TAIL. It’s like a whip when they wag it so hard. XD
So true! That smile and wiggle, waggle tail won me over!
:( yes it wagged and i though someone use like a belt on me
Lol..and her deadly bicycle legs🤣💖
True that, my friend, true that!! 😅😅
Don’t ever shy away from loving another dog after losing a best friend!! Yes, grieve!! Take all of the time that you need, I’m not saying not to, but always consider giving your love away again! You’ll never be sorry! The more love that we give, the more love we receive in return!! Our hearts mend by adding more love!! Never forget those that we have lost by continuing giving our love to another deserving pet!! They all are deserving of our love and respect!! I’ve lost many pets of the years, I’ll never, ever be without a dog! Each time we lose one my husband assumes that’s it! Not me! I’ve learned to be sad for what I’ve lost, but then I look to the future and who needs me and my love next! Sorry honey!
You saved her, and then she saved you right back!
Wonderful story, Dodo!
Thank you for my daily "Dodo smile"!
😸
I agree 1000 % !!! Our first dog was our beloved giant baby girl crazy Daisy from the local shelter.
She was just 7 months old and we had the best 11 years with that sweet and beautiful love bug.
Sadly she passed away in August 2019 cause of cancer and our world broke down in a second...
After one year we decided to adopt a new dog and so we met Marley.
He was found at a dumpster in Greece and he was afraid of men and fireworks and almost everything in the beginning...
Today he is a completly other dog. He loves everybody and everything and he loves his life so much.
Both of them weren't broken they were/are gentle, kind, funny and their unconditional love is so strong and honest until their last breath...🐾💝🐾💝🐾
Daisy is so adorable, that face is perfection!
I'm so glad you found Daisy. She's a lovely girl. I'm sorta in the same boat as you. I lost my girl Kelly, a Staffie x Blue Heeler to cancer, coming up 4 years. 15 years of non stop love. I was destroyed. I hated being in the house, I could see, hear, and smell her, everywhere. I was so hurt. Very shortly after Kelly went away, I was driving home, and had to go past the local animal shelter. I got close, and I heard in my head, clear as day, "go in, turn in". So I did. There was my big boy, Sputnik, a Staffie x Pitbull. The instant I saw him I said, "that's him". The staff at our local shelter were marvellous, the shelter is about as good as it gets, no kill policy, is a winner. The guy who was showing me around, said Sput had been dumped there, because he liked to cuddle too much. WHAT???? I'll take all the cuddles he's got, anytime mate, bring it on. I'd had Sput about 3 years. I was taking him to our local off leash dog park every day, he'd have a ball with his mates for a couple of hours. He just radiated fun. But after being home for an hour or so, he'd be really miserable. So I thought a sister would be a good thing for him. I looked around, half heartedly, but none of the dogs I saw connected with me. Then one Saturday, I was looking at our local lost dogs page on Facebook, and there was the most pathetic looking wreck of a dog I've ever seen. A little girl Staffie. Some people diving down a street here saw a bastard open a gate, and bodily throw Kay out of the property. They scooped her up, and got her to the ranger. I called the shelter at 9am on the Monday and spoke to one of the women there I've got to know, I take dog food, blankets, toys etc, down there. I said to her that I wanted to bring that little girl Staffie home. She needed to be here. I was asked when did I want her, I answered, can I have her today? No problem. I'm on my way with Sputnik. If they dint get along, it's no use. But they hit it off, like a house on fire. We had Kay home, by 1pm. She was 2 years old, about 30lb. She'd been abused, starved, had a litter by 2, and had a fierce gut bug. She slept for 3 days solid. Got up to eat, drink, relieve herself. Sput would cuddle her, he's a bloody marvel, this boy. Cut to now, 9 months later, she's a healthy 50 pound, and fit and happy, as can be. Shelter dogs aren't broken, they've been dealt a bad hand, and it's up to all of us to remedy that situation. It's amazing what a few good feeds and a ton of love will do.
It's sad when some people go to shelters like it's a shopping trip. They pass dogs that don't look "good enough" or special needs. Thanks for rescuing Daisy.
BECAUSE SHELTER DOGS ARE NOT BROKEN!!!!THEY JUST NEED A SECOND CHANCE.. Truer words can never be SPOKEN!! Thank you from the bottom of my soul for not shutting down you're 💖 to another dog in need and instead honoring you're late dog in the BEST WAY POSSIBLE By giving another dog in need a second chance to heal her 💖and spirit and at the same time giving you're 💖and spirit a second chance to heal God bless you both!!!
What an absolute angel. My heart melted. I lost my Cheyenne over a year ago, and don’t know if I will ever be ready for another dog. Then again, my Daisy may come along.
That's right, ma'am, they JUST need a second chance. In return, she healed her mom and became mom's best friend which her mom needed it the most at that time. Please adopt lonely ones and you two together won't be lonely anymore. 😍 We ALL need a second chance. Thank you for adopting her. GOD bless you!
AMEN !!! SHELTER DOG'S MAKE THE "BEST" PET'S.THEY ARE SO GRATEFUL... THAT IS THE 💔❤💕 SWEETEST STORY. GOD PUT YOU BOTH TOGETHER.😍 😘 😇
I agree!!!
Well said Kiki 🤗 I totally agree with you. Great for the dogs, great for the human (& all adoptable animals too) 💞 🇭🇲
@Eddy Jin about what?
@Eddy Jin ok weirdo
@Eddy Jin you've lost the plot
I have a similar story. We are coming up on our first year with Gracie. she will be 5 years old soon and we got her last year from the local shelter. We are head over heels i love with her, she is older and we love the older dogs. She's a pitmix and the most amazing dog ever. Her personality has take time also to shine through, she is getting there! We know she was abused, we know she has a fear of abandonment and those things only time and lots of love can help. She is spoiled now and deserves every minute of it. SHE has rescued me more than I rescued her.
THIS adorable pooch is one of the best examples of the REAL Pit Bull. They are loyal, protective, and incredibly smart. Well socialized they make a fantastic family member. But train them to fight and a monster is created. And the progeny of fight-trained dogs regardless of breed also results in a dog which could in future become the feared dangerous animal.
I believe that rescuing and adopting shelter/stray animals, are very therapeutic. That's why after rescuing some animals, people always end up asking themselves, "who rescued who?"
Love pitbulls
I found my dog on a stree three years ago
Sooo sweet, Daisy is absolutely adorable! Glad she's in such a loving home, it breaks my heart to think of poor unwanted doggies stuck in a shelter.. =[
LolaBola I know right
I'm not convinced who rescued whom, but they make a great team. Good on both of them for not giving up.
Yes please adopt animals in shelter..give them best life and home...🙏❤️✌️🐶😺👍
Hi u r 100% right. These dogs r not broken they need another chance. But the previous owners let them down. Just because they’re call animals it doesn’t mean u have to treat them like a piece of shut. If they have the same diseases we get n they fill happy joy n sadness especially if their previous owner let them down. From my experience that I had cats for over 47 yrs. n my parents n siblings had dogs n cats too. When u give them TLC THEY NEVER EVER LEAVE U. When u r sad sick or lonely they will never leave u. They will be ur best best friend 4 ever. They will never ever let u down when ur sad all u have to do is look that those faces those eyes. All the sadness is gone. If I had to live with someone that I can count to be next to me it would be a cat or a dog. All they want is for us to give them TLC THAT ALL. N they will protect u 4ever. Not like some humans. I find the humans that can let their pets down can also let humans down. I read once if u can love n take care an animal u can love n take care of ur own kids. Because to me when I have pets in my life they r my babies too
Great share. .thankyou...my dog was a rescue and his spirit was broken. He was half starved ,injured and had mange..when I saw him he was so stiff and was afraid to make a move, except his eyes he just looked at me..he's part pit and wire haired something. Lol..but slowly he started to be himself and he's So smart. ..I had a deaf dog when I was young and I taught him my sign language and since then I use it on any dog who will mantain eye contact ...he's great with it...picked it up very fast..he's just a big silly boy. ..I've had him for 6 years now and he's starting to Slow down ..except I've a squirrel comes in the yard, then he's off..but it's sad that dogs couldn't be here with us longer, they have such short lives compared to ours..you just have to love them they ask for so little and give so much more in return. .
The absolute best cure for a broken heart from losing a four-legged friend is another four-legged friend. I truly believe God makes it this way so we can open our hearts to many more animals that need our love and care and since they have generally such short life-spans compared to ours we need to be willing to share ourselves with as many of them as possible. Thank you for do just that!!
Adopt don't shop! Every animal deserves love! 💕💕💕
they can sense your broken heart and they're broken as well and it's very common now but you two saved and found and helped each other and pits the only breed I've had for 20 years and only will, they are so loyal loving dogs that give you ten times the love back you give them. God bless you two!
Kenny Dennison that's so true am only 18 and have 3 of em only 1 past away she was getting old I cried so much when I learned she died I was 13 growed whit her she was 17 by the time she died why I say that to you it's because when I was a child I always loved dogs I always played whit her since I'm 1 year that dog gave me so much love that I can't forget her I bought that male on my picture which looks identically the same as the one past away she was perfect just to say your right these dogs give you so much love even when he will feel bad he will try to make you feel well.. Best breed on earth hands down
Naim GRIZZLY I feel you bro. my first one died in my arms of bone cancer my second x one same thing exactly. we're mother n son. both were about 13 tho but without them I wouldn't be here today. I have my boy Hercules now he's 8 and he's my life. and you're right when you're depressed they feel it. they feel everything we do. they'll be sad with us if they can't cheer us up. without a doubt best breed ever. r.i.p to all our babies
got my first one when I was 18 too and she changed my life
Kenny Dennison rip to them yeah I have 2 now I have the one on my picture who is 2 years 1/2 very lovely dog I promised he will stay whit me till the death I never will give or sell my animals look how broken they are when they understand they are abandoned
Naim GRIZZLY for sure they actually know they're abandon and it's heart breaking.. yea that's a good looking dig bro! like that nice dark brown
ALWAYS RESCUE ADULT AND SENIORS!!!! They’re amazing and they really appreciate you more.
Every time a pit bull gets a LOVING home, an angel gets his wings! 😊👼💗
I agree! Think about this, I have 4 rescues. My rescues are all pure bred huskys. Why would anyone want to get rid of their husky? Why would they allow their husky to run off without trying to frantically find them? They can be a lot of work, if you don't know anything about them. But the 2nd one that we got, "Whisper", took time to trust. It took her about 6-9 months to trust me, then an additional 3 years to come out of her shell and sort of play with us. Then another year before she began to play with our other dogs. It was heartbreaking, but heartwarming at the same time. Now she's just as goofy as the others. Our other huskys trusted us very quickly. I would plead with everyone to rescue a dog, they know that you've rescued them and they show it in totally different ways then a dog that you get as a puppy and raise up. It's such an awesome feeling and they do love you more, unconditionally. 💜💜💜
pit bulls are so great. i just cant get enough positive pitty vids
Love is powerful thing Thank you beautiful girls for rescuing each other 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓
Love is a powerful thing! Give an animal a second chance and experience the best love ever!!
My current dog, is my 3rd rescue dog in my lifetime. She is my 1st pit bull, and she is the best dog I have ever had. All 3 rescues were sweet loving, good dogs. I probably only have one more rescue left in my lifetime (I'm 70) but it will be a pit bull, and another rescue at that.
Oh my so sorry for your loss of rascal. My cora was 14 when she passed it broke my heart. A year and a half later I was given a puppy makita, looks exactly like daisy!!! She has brought me so much joy. I was like you I never thought I'd be able to get over the loss of cora, the missing and pain never goes away but makita replaces that pain and has healed my broken heart. Yay pit bulls and shelter dogs and beautiful humans like you. I noticed pit bulls are the funniest dogs. Like class clowns but full of compassion. They truly are a magical breed. Thank you for sharing your beautiful story
Who saves a life saves the whole world 😁🐶💖👍
Pits are the most loving dogs.
They do make the funniest noises.
Wonderful! Amazing how our 4 legged furbabies know exactly what we need and give it unconditionally (maybe except for attention, food & love) LOL
The Lady is an Angel...
Omd, the wiggling and the bicycle kicks and mooing, this girl has so much personality. I feel so happy for her getting a great mom and for her mom who needed a friend after Rascal passed. Dogs are with us for such a short time, I'm glad Daisy is living such a wonderful life with her hooman.

Some pitbulls have the most beautiful eyes
Kudos to the wonderful lady who waited 7 months for her to open up. And she sounds just like my boy demanding massages kisses and cuddles!
Awwwwwwww! Shelter dogs are great. They need some TLC and love. They will thenthrive. What a doll she is!!!!!!

Daisy looks like an amazing dog who was just looking for the right person! I love her goofy personality❤️She looks like so much fun! I have a rescued cat, and it took over two years for her personality to come out, but it’s ok, I was in it for the long haul! Now, I can’t imagine life without her! Pets have a way of healing our hurts🐾!
They are NOT broken. Show them some love, and their will shine.

Yesss for everyone whose considering a dog pet-- please go to the shelter firstttt-- you are a good human being
Precious, thank you Mom for bring Daisy such happiness .
Daisy is a really cute name for a pitbull.
I rescued a pit bull/lab mix from a local shelter after the dog I'd had for 12 years passed away, and her goofy, loving personality healed me. It was literally a "Who really saved who?" scenario.
'They're not broken, just bend and they can learn to love again'- Pink ♥
I'm never buying a dog as I find adopting is much better because your giving a dog a second chance in life ( I have a dog and he is a rescue and he is my best friend he means the world to me , I love him more than anyone )
Mom: You can't take your toy on the walk.
Daisy: Death-stare of cuteness.
Thank you for giving her a good forever home, please people i know is very heartbreaking when your pets die but please don't close your heart to adopt another pet please be a life savior for all these innocent animals
thanks again. 😘😘😘😇
This is just rascals soul in a new body looking for its rightful mommy. Sweetness.
This is what i want After my pet died i felt like i wouldn't be able to have another one but i think if i wait maybe one day I'll find the perfect one for me to fill me with happiness just like the first one did
That dog didn't need a second chance. It needed a chance.
That's right girl...it takes SO VERY little 2 make 'em SMILE BIG & PRETTY! LOVE LOVE THAT!!!😘😘😘

Erin is such a beautiful person.
Thank you Erin!!
Thank you soo much!!
Tears
Oh my gosh!!! I love your heart!!! I rescued a pitbull 8 years ago from a rescue. He's now a senior who's on 4 prescriptions for his health every day. He's Soooooo worth anything I can do to care for him💕💕💕 and he's soo appreciative of everything
I'm sorry for your loss. I'm really glad you saved Daisy though, thank you. One thing about pit bulls is they come with a free surprise(s) when you get one. You never know what kind of goofy and adorable trait they'll have, but it will bring happiness to you. When you feel down sometimes, they know just what to do to make you laugh and smile again (that's the face they most enjoy). You won't need to watch TV for a laugh, you just have to look at daisy. : )
Daisy Is So Incredibly Beautiful
Aww she's so funny!
One big reason why I love living in San Francisco is that at least 90% of the dogs here are from shelters and dog breeders are not welcome in the City. Thank you so much for your love of dogs. ♥
That was an amazing story God bless you for saving that sweet baby
Beautiful dog and beautiful human for giving her another chance at life
What a wonderfully sweet story I loved it and what a big goofball Daisy is 💜💜💜
Ohh nice 🥰🥰🥰🥰💞
I know how that woman feels back on October 19th my dad's dog thunder passed away he was 8 years old and he was a great dane full blood we had him for 7 years but you know what's amazing the day before he died we took him on a walk that's one of his favorite things to do and we adopted him in August of 2010
It is sad that the life span of a Great Dane is about 9 years. They are so gentle and puppy like the whole 9 years.
Margo Sparkle well yea its sad
Animash Queen so sorry for the loss of your loving family member, May he rest in peace❤️
A great dog n great Mom! We just lost our little boy of 13 years. Our next dog will be a rescue dog!
Her paw in her mom's hand was adorable.
Pitbulls are always thought to be aggressive but I have a pitbull and she's the joy of my life💕
Why dodo always the best video in youtube ??? 😍😍 !! God bless you 😍
We adore our shelter dog Miko! He brought joy, heart melty-ness, and hilarity back into our lives after Bailey passed away.
Daisy is such a character. Looking into her eyes; i see a silly little girl who just want to love & be loved. Erin...thank you for giving her a second chance.
On October 3rd 2018 at at 3:20 Pm my little red nose pittie Coco passed away two months shy of her 15th birthday, now it's been more than two years and my harts still in a million pieces I'll never forget that day. I went into the ARMY October 2 1979, 39 years and one day later I lost the best friend I ever had, just saying.
Shelter dogs are the absolute best. So much love to give.
My sister has a Pitty and hes a lovey and cute and playful. He doesn't have a mean bone in his body and we all love him.
Everyone should have at least one Daisy in their life. They give your soul a whole new outlook on what love is.
I love the Dodo ❤️
❤️❤️❤️
Pit dogs are amazing! No need to think there bad. There like other dogs!
She is gorgeous, I'm glad her & her Mumma found each other. Nothing can replace Rascal, but new love makes it a little easier to handle. God Bless them both 💖💖💖 🇭🇲
God bless Erin for loving Miss Daisy. What a beautiful dog. Erin's life will be forever blessed with her.
