    Go all the way down and dead hang at the bottom before starting the next rep.
    Doing it the way you’re doing uses the stretch reflex of tendons as momentum to cheat reps. I used to do it like that as a kid and thought I was cool to rep out pull ups.
    I wasn’t. Full range of motion is cool. Do it
