my god you had me like damn i hope those kids don't get hurt with that auger blade attachment that thing is very dangerous i know some1 that cut themselves really bad with the ice auger version it has some of the sharpest blades and a pointed knife like thing in the middle so be careful for those who buy the ice version of this thing. i was going to buy this but i canceled i will get it on the next holiday sale i know allot of people that have it i use them both the dirt and the ice version the ice 1 is scary cause the bottom blades are no joke shape.
On hard packed rocky soil I did 8 holes with one battery and I was done. It still had a charge left. I have noticed that soil hardness and depth of hole really varies the battery drain. I keep getting worn out or done with the job before the Auger so I haven't seen how many average depth / average soil holes it can dig...yet.
@@Voltomess I would imagine this tool wont do your back any favors dude there is a fair bit of torque going to your shoulders then to your spine...My advice would be to rent one and see how it feels.
I bought one that sounds just like yours like something rattling around in the motor but it digs good. I’ve seen other videos that don’t sound like ours so it’s hard to tell if that’s normal or not.
The smile on his face says it all nothing makes a man happier then a new tool that kicks butt!!
Wow. I wouldn't have believed if I didn't just watch it on RUclips. Nice machine!
It kicked that rock right out of the hole with ease, very nice!

It's about as sharp as a butter knife out of the box. The very point could do some damage though. Thankfully we all came out okay :)
Hey champ, ever heard of a comma, or a full stop?
Just got mine due to some back issues…hope this does the job.
Get a buddy to help, it can be used as a two person also.
Puppy Power!!!!
woof!
Sweet tool
Dang Eric, watching your kids run around that auger blade made me nervous as HELL...
Cool!!
So, how many holes you can make with the same battery?
More then 20, job and my back was done after 20.
Have you ever tried to use augers bigger than 200 mm diameter?
No, I may need to when I use old telephone poles for gate posts.
How many holes can you dig on one battery? and is it strong enough for packed soil?

@@sunnyhillfarm I got problems with my back pain and spine I can't dig them manually. Thanks for your answer.

5:20 your welcome.
What was the cost?
I don't know remember how much I paid for it, few years ago. It looks like they go for $500 now
How well does it perform on packed gravel. 🤔
I haven't tried it on packed gravel, like a driveway. I did use it on Gravely packed soil, it did a good job.
