    Slim were a great 70s band. ‘Forever and ever’ reached no 1; ‘Requiem’ deserved a higher chart position as did ‘The kids a Punk’ a long with this their last single. Then Midge came back with the Rich Kids and finally Ultravox & Visage.

    Yes it is mitch and Jim right next to him. I used to live in moodiesburn and Jim was my neighbor I was only wee but I still remember them practicing

    You can hardly tell but I'm sure that's Midge Ure on lead guitar and vocals - he of
    ''Vienna'' / Ultravox fame, a classic song.
    This tune here is a typical mid-70's teeny bop sound.

      @@patmckeane6588 Well, no. I know it fits the narrative. "Those talentless Rollers; that talented Midge." But just read Midge's autobiography. Martin/Coulter were tough taskmasters.
