So glad that you asked! The video on an amp bundle that were about to launch will demonstrate the installation of a mono amp connected to the factory radio which will keep the factory sub connected in conjunction with this enclosure.
You can mount it just like the video which will pancake between the top and the side rail. Or mount it standard, and move the bracket to mount on the side rail when you take the top off. You’ll fasten it down with the bolts from the hardtop.

For JLU’s with hardtops Can you still remove hardtop as usual? And is there a plan to release preamplifier version like the under seat option?

What happens if you have a regular hardtop jk and want to remove the hardtop?

Can this work with a flooring system
Yes. However the box does protrude out about 2.5” from the side. Does the flooring system extend completely from side to side?
Is this a sealed or ported enclosure? I’m wondering if the enclosure has the appropriate cubic feet for the sub.
This is a sealed box with the appropriate air space for the subs available in our options.
