It's weird choice because you can't unlock T30 without unlocking 120mm gun first when playing T28p. And you can mount 120mm on stock T30 so 120mm is defacto stock gun for T30.
I mean the choice was yours... but 120mm without a rammer only reloads 1.44 seconds slower than the 105 and you gain 80 damage and 50 more average pen.
198mm is abysmal pen for T9. It's not enough pen weakspots of T10 heavies and some T9. 120mm without rammer has slightly worse dpm than 105mm with rammer but as said much higher pen and one third higher alpha. DPM is meaningless if you can't pen your shots.
We need more shaming. The community is so toxic that WG doesn't even allow general chat between teams anymore. We have the "feature" of turning off chat entirely which is WG's polite way of informing you that "yes, our community is complete shit and we know it, but instead of doing anything about it we put the ball in your court".

I know this comment is old, but what exactly do you want WG to do? The community can be super toxic, but that's not their fault. Stick a few thousand people into a competitive game, and you'll get some angels, some trolls, some trash talkers, some hyper competitive people (like me), and others. The only "solutions" are to do stuff like remove ingame chat completely, and banning people who ping the map or use commands too quickly in succession from using those functions. Which, when the game requires teamwork, just defeats the entire point. You can turn off game chat. You can blacklist people that annoy you with map pings, you can report people who troll you (for all the good it will do you). Putting the power in the player's hands when it comes to how much you want to interact with the community is the correct choice here, as being too strict on a community leads to them leaving. Which is kind of bad.
Considering that the origin of Yeenoghu's name is a DnD deity of hyena people, him driving a tank that's designed to finish off wounded targets is kinda fitting :P.

Jingles... the Object 263 is widely considered one of the best tier X vehicles at large, and held as comparable to the T110E3 in CW. The reason you don't see many of these however, is because of the grind. None of the vehicles during the grind are actually stinkers, each of them has solid redeeming qualities that very good players can take advantage of... but the SU-100M1 has an appalling gun depression of 4, denying it use of the vast majority of brawling or sniping positions in the game. Few people can stomach grinding a vehicle with such terrible gun depression that can render it near useless on several maps in the game, but for those who managed to endure such torment found the SU-101 waiting for them at tier VIII with a longer XP grind and a gun depression value of 2.3 with the old 100mm, and 2.2 for the new 122mm they gave it with a recent patch. This double whammy of expensive XP grinds compounded by requiring map knowledge that is of limited use to pretty much every vehicle in the game because the positions you can use with most every other vehicle in the game end up being useless to these two vehicles. When they realize that the two vehicles that come afterwards also have only a paltry 4 degrees of depression, you find that tons of them quit at VII and VIII rather than to pursue the glory that is the 263, looking upon those who managed to stomach the grind and master the play style with eyes full of envy. I myself have finished the grind and the SU-100M1 was a real joy for me even before WG showered it with buffs. My first Kolobanov's and Pool's medals were earned on this machine.
I've got the obj 263 too, and oh boy I was in a rather huge world of hurt grinding all those shitty tanks before it. There's just no solid tactic when using those things. You mostly can't snipe because of the maps and terrains, you can't brawl because of the low hp pool and not so reliable armor and you can't play like a med either because of the lack of turret. And the gun depression... uhh... don't even mention that. But at the end of the day, you get the obj 263 which is glorified as hell, but turns out a rather big pain in the ass too. Why? Because it has the same diseases as the ones before it. Your good rate of fire / high dpm is mostly useless because of the terrain and map, your armor is for show, because everyone just load the gold the second they see you and penetrate your armor anyway, you are also open top, what makes you a potential 1 shot for the enemy arty, but at least the primary target to them, so the second you are spotted, you better start moving and dodging those incoming arty shells like mad. Your side is also huge and weak, making it a rather easy target. The obj 263 can be fun if you use it as a jack of all trades, snipe a bit, then brawl a bit, support your meds and all and you can get good results in it, but it's far from being "one of the best" in my opinion. It just has way too many weaknesses and limitations. It used to be the best T10 TD in the game, but as far as I can remember it was nerfed at some point and then pretty much forgotten. Especially now with the introduction of the swedish TD line, the obj 263 is pretty much non-relevant. It has nothing going for it that makes it a better choice. It can brawl better, but if you have to brawl, that is already a problem. Other than that, the swedish has better/similar armor and concealment, higher dpm, better gun depression, better speed, better accuracy. If I were to choose again between the obj 263 or the 268, I'd rather say 268, strictly because the line to it is fun from start to finish and the T10 is irrelevant either way, because the swedish is better anyway.
While your overall point is very valid the only nerf the 263 got I can remember was the camo-after-firing back in the days that affected all TDs. It got a number of buffs since then though with the most recent being the HD conversion which decreased its size and reduced the gun mantlet weakspot substantially (there is an invisible 250mm stalinum plate behind parts of the gunmantlet now that is not present in the visual model). What really kills the tank for me though is the 60mm sidearmor behind the tracks combined with 7/7 ° gun traverse. The 60mm armor means you get penned the moment a shot hits you outside autobounce angle and also detracks you (and the deathstar trippleovermatches you). The 7° gun traverse just make it so unflexible. (The vehicle would be very good for sidescraping around corners with 10° or more of gun traverse similar to the vk4502b.... I always dream of that...) One further point that should be mentioned is that not only the open top but also the 20mm of hull floor armor and the 30mm of enginedeck armor make it very prone to near HE misses.
+KV-5 Well you can still bait them to shoot you by sidescraping and after they fired, you can poke and snapshot at them. Works, but it's kinda shitty that way. I had a game where I've used a dead tank as a shield to hide my lower plate and just kept doing this as long as I lived, bouncing 8k+ damage, which most were gold shells, including a JP E100 too.
I have to agree with Jingles. The SU122-44 ins´t op at all. It only has massive DPM, excellent mobility and decent armor. Tbh i personally think it is one of the most potent and fun to play TD out there (tier for tier). Not to mention its cheap to run and has good credit earning potential. (btw. i did get jingles irony..)

Ackchually Jingles, the reason that the 263 is unpopular is quite simple and has nothing to do with the tank itself. The 268 comes from the ISU-152, while the 263 comes from the SU-100M1, SU-101, and SU-122-54
i feel sorry for the E-100 in the first game, we`ve all had those games where we get tracked by a tank we cant shoot back at due to camo or terrain, and then get locked down and battered into scrap by artillery or hidden tds. lets give him the benefit of the doubt shall we?

Whenever i hear "You only have 180 something mm of penetration on a tier 8 medium" i remember my T44, playing with 175 mm of pen, when the gold ammo was bought only for gold, doing arround 750 dmg per battle before i got ammoracked even though i had safe stowage and wet ammorack... .And then you research T54 after hearing from some kids that spend their parents money on shooting some premium ammo, which for you, a regular player is something mythical, that it is OP, and then you must get 50000 exp with a gun that has 175 mm of pen, in a tier 9 tank, and when you get the top gun you have less penetration than a tier 6 french heavy tank. Aaaaah memories, and those OP russians
Also, I would like to mention the point that I made in the last "If its stupid but it works" video. How many players in this match got average or above average results? If you count average by potential reward that you can get the answer would be... 2 average, 1 above average on friendly team and arguably 3 average on enemy team, out of 30 players in the game. If you count the middle result for this match, ofc that gonna go higher. So which is average? The guys that got under 500 experience on the winning team?
The first replay shows why Highway is my most hated map. Having more guns in town is not a sign you can win it. As most guns go along the red line, and stall on a 5 vs 1 as they all want to trade around the same corner. Thus the middle or the outer lanes don't get the help they need instantly.
I really hope that Foch watches this video. Because I second every single word of yours and then would add some of my own. Shitforbrains comes to mind.
The one thing I do remember about the T69 is how it is the best machine to demonstrate the RNG in WoT. 4 round clip, you can bet you will only hit with 2-3 shots, with the fourth shot a guaranteed miss (usually diving into the ground, in front of the target). Out of your 2-3 hits, one will always bounce, if not 2. So, basically it's only good for 25-50% penetrating shots with each and every clip.
That Zakk_Randall player in the Rhm has a history of team killing for no reason. I have a special XVM icon for him so I recognize when he is on my team.
I had a similar player to the Foch in one of my games once upon a time. I was playing one of my tanks and grinding xp and really wanted to get out of said tank(although I forgot what tank I was in). I did a decent amount of damage and we were winning so I died and it was our two arty and a Matilda left on my team but because we supposedly stole the "Matilda's" kills he decided he was gonna chill on a hill and left our arty alone to cap while the enemy came to defend their cap. So the enemy came and reset and killed 1 of our arty and then he decides to come and save us...and took out the remaining enemies. (Game was on El Halluf btw and the enemy cap was in the south-Matilda went and hid at that lower part)
You don't need to hit 263 BEHIND the gun mantlet. The "niche" in front of the mantlet is only ~80 mm thick. You can't see it frontally, but if 263 is at an angle to you those flat surfaces become somewhat easier to hit.
This tank (Obj.263) won me a set of headphones at Tankfest. 1v1 vs a Deathstar and I somehow won because this armour is disgusting :D I don't have it yet, but after that performance, I'm absolutely going to get it. Just... Credits... But yeah. Fantastic tank.

Ackchually Jingles, the reason that the 263 is unpopular is quite simple and has nothing to do with the tank itself. The 268 comes from the ISU-152, while the 263 comes from the SU-100M1, SU-101, and SU-122-54

Whenever i hear "You only have 180 something mm of penetration on a tier 8 medium" i remember my T44, playing with 175 mm of pen, when the gold ammo was bought only for gold, doing arround 750 dmg per battle before i got ammoracked even though i had safe stowage and wet ammorack... .And then you research T54 after hearing from some kids that spend their parents money on shooting some premium ammo, which for you, a regular player is something mythical, that it is OP, and then you must get 50000 exp with a gun that has 175 mm of pen, in a tier 9 tank, and when you get the top gun you have less penetration than a tier 6 french heavy tank. Aaaaah memories, and those OP russians

Also, I would like to mention the point that I made in the last "If its stupid but it works" video. How many players in this match got average or above average results? If you count average by potential reward that you can get the answer would be... 2 average, 1 above average on friendly team and arguably 3 average on enemy team, out of 30 players in the game. If you count the middle result for this match, ofc that gonna go higher. So which is average? The guys that got under 500 experience on the winning team?

The first replay shows why Highway is my most hated map. Having more guns in town is not a sign you can win it. As most guns go along the red line, and stall on a 5 vs 1 as they all want to trade around the same corner. Thus the middle or the outer lanes don't get the help they need instantly.

Achilles36 where ever you are, you have a lot to learn from this video ...
The one thing I do remember about the T69 is how it is the best machine to demonstrate the RNG in WoT. 4 round clip, you can bet you will only hit with 2-3 shots, with the fourth shot a guaranteed miss (usually diving into the ground, in front of the target). Out of your 2-3 hits, one will always bounce, if not 2. So, basically it's only good for 25-50% penetrating shots with each and every clip.
I do like a bit of Jingles in the morning.

I had a similar player to the Foch in one of my games once upon a time. I was playing one of my tanks and grinding xp and really wanted to get out of said tank(although I forgot what tank I was in). I did a decent amount of damage and we were winning so I died and it was our two arty and a Matilda left on my team but because we supposedly stole the "Matilda's" kills he decided he was gonna chill on a hill and left our arty alone to cap while the enemy came to defend their cap. So the enemy came and reset and killed 1 of our arty and then he decides to come and save us...and took out the remaining enemies. (Game was on El Halluf btw and the enemy cap was in the south-Matilda went and hid at that lower part)
You don't need to hit 263 BEHIND the gun mantlet. The "niche" in front of the mantlet is only ~80 mm thick. You can't see it frontally, but if 263 is at an angle to you those flat surfaces become somewhat easier to hit.
