Looks good. I put some of their mirrors on my Springfield as well (video soon). These things are primo!
Very nice!
@messygarage ty as well for all you're content and videos. If you could please read my msg above I'm wondering if there's a way to remove the threaded insert from the handlebars of my 21 scout bobber twenty so I can make these new motogadget mirrors fit? Any help is appreciated!
I’m gonna have to go give those a look! Thanks!
You bet!
Well done.. They definitely have a much more premium look to them.
They do, and less shiny metal parts!
Would you provide the part numbers for the mirrors and adapters? GREAT VIDEO…AS ALWAYS…✌🏼🤟🏼😎
Links to both are already in the description of the video!
@jim bobbington Ty for all your content and help. I've been following your channel for quite a while. I've done a ton of mods to my bike a lot of which were based on your info/videos so ty for that. I'm kinda in a jam here and wanted to see what my options were. I purchased the exact same motogadget flight mirrors and adaptors. The mirrors are not hard to find but only very few places have the adaptors in stock. I was lucky enough to get a pair. My bike is a 2021 indian scout bobber twenty which comes stock with the mini apes. Inside the bars is a female threaded insert with will not work with these new motogadget adaptors. Is there a way that you're aware of to remove these inserts so I can use my new mirrors? I've also checked messy garage channel among others and cannot find any info. I also thought about drilling open the motogadget adapter and reusing the stock bolt but then is also have to cut the sleeve from the adapter. If possible it seems removing the threaded insert from the handlebars would be the best solution. Sorry for the long msg and I appreciate any help or guidance here!🙏💯👊
I believe we've already spoken, but I think the best way to go about it is slowly drilling out the welded bungs by using various drillbits starting small until you get up to basically the inside diameter.
Did you use the 7/8" or 1" grips? I'll be installing these on OEM bars on a '22 ISB. Thanks.
7/8", one will come slightly larger for the throttle side
Thank you for all your helpful content and assistance. You have and continue to be a blessing to new and seasoned riders. 👍🏼😎
@@johnnieharris3570 thank you sir!
Are these the polished aluminum ones? Can't believe you splurged for them!
Yes they are! I was actually able to sell my oem mirrors for $250, so they technically cost me only $50!
What grips are you using?
Those are the rubber Motogadget grips.
