Spar is a heavy beam running span wise to take transverse shear loads and span wise bending. It is usually composed of a thin shear panel (web) with a cap or flange at the top and bottom to take bending. Ribs are also supported by span wise spars. The air loads act directly on the wing cover (skin) which transfer it to rib which further transfers load in shear to spar webs and distribute load between them in proportion to web stiffeners.

The stringers and spars are attached to the skins by lines of
rivets, spot welds or perhaps bonding. These joints will be
called upon o transmit forces mainly along their length. Forces
parallel to skin and directed at right angles to stringers will be
limited by torsional flexibility of these members. Forces
normal to the skin will be limited in magnitude by small
bending strength of skin and stringer.

Ribs are having a sole purpose of holding the frame and covering along with bearing all the stresses generated in the Wing during the flight operartions like bending moment, compression, tension and torsion as twisting moment.

I have a suggestion. You can place the rear spar web along the path define for rear spar. This will ensure spar does not intersect stringers. Let me know if I am wrong. And you did a good job bro. I am doing the same design in Solidworks. Thank you !

Yeah possible but sometimes things won't work accordingly..! So better to go with conventional method.. ! 😊 glad you shared.. !
Magic of Design Softwares yeah I have been thinking for my college task and to create rib as power copy model and will be applied to a wing but certainly simplified wing.

1) Follow the procedure again and see accurately or download the video and see it on laptop screen.
2 ) Use proper geometry and value for trim then maybe your problem resolves.

Sir, how to import to abaqus and assembly in abaqus, and the following is the analysis
Go in Catia __ save as to __ change file format you Iges format__ save at a location__go to your abaqus software__then open it using import command

Nope I guess ! but yes there are ways by which one can do but results in to mess or error, Better to go by conventional way

i have created a tapered wing section in which the leading edge is not in a straight line it is tapered i cant able to make plans along the leading edge can some one help me on this

Do one thing go for planes between planes command, select the leading edge and trailing edge plane choose the number of planes is 5 .

1) Go to ther left upper corner, there you see the option named> Insert >>Surfaces >>Sweep.
Rest all the commands you can find at left upper corner.
