And she also used Caliburn (which is a similar weapon) to basically nuke seven lives from Heracles without creating damage to the environment around him.
Seems almost like they designed her specifically with the invincible comp in mind, given the targetable overcharge on Skill 2. On top of that, you'll be getting a combined 90% NP Gen+ with triple Castoria. Using all three skills on her 6 hit NP, she'll be looping like crazy. Idk, the other ST Arts 'Zerks still have advantages, but are starting to look pretty tame by comparison.
@@adrastos8401 she actually "surpasses" other arts dps in the invincible comp, you use zerktoria np first and you get 1 hit of solom defense for that turn, afterwards you use castoria np and get "nearly" same result (use zerktoria s2 on castoria), what i mean with "surpasing" is you can fully brave chain zerktoria with her np for maximum dmg and refund, other dps are getting "forced" to np with castoria together. You are also more flexible since you dont have to plan around getting all 3 nps aligned (now its just 2), you can fire them of when they are available. For this new invincible comp you use zerktoria castoria tamamo and watch the magic happen (np dmg comp). You can also swap tamamo for both of the merlins (crit focused comp).
@@adrastos8401 tell me when this happens, 1 turn zerktoria np, 1 turn protection (you already use her 2nd skill on castoria here), second turn castoria np for 3 turns protection (oc3) somewhere here use tamamo np, either with castoria for oc4, or use it seperately to get the np refund more safely. On turn 5 (thx to tamamo) zerktoria second skill is up again to go on castoria while zerktoria can np on turn 5 and start the circle again.
To be fair about the solemn defence, they don't stack, if they did then Castoria + summer Castoria would literally be the best team in the entire game.
Next servant will be altaria caster pretender zerker (alter ego) alter, and despite the art it's actually not castoria nor Morgan, it's actually Hercules alter- megalos. 😂 These new servants get dumber each time lmao
I think it’s safe to call her the best ST Arts unit in the game. Not with pure raw damage, but with the utility she brings to the team. Like she’s the ultimate Cernunnos killer.

@@fseiba6718 best part about it specifically against Cernunnos is that her own Anti purge defense only lasts 1 turn. So if you use the over charge on Caster Artoria you’ll get two hits of Anti purge defense still without the extra charge or an NP chain. What was screwing me over was only having 1 hit because she was the only servant with an NP that turn, and I had to use it or we died that turn.

Kinda always wondered even with the damage mods she'd hit one enemy for about 50k but then i hit a servant and she practically nukes them with 200k damage.
Her and Nero are easily must summons IMO. I'm probably going to save for both in 2025 cause they are way too god lol. The fact that she barely has to struggle for refund due to having a 70% battery plus double castoria is hilarious
i heard without her niche/s she doesnt hit very hard but she has 3 so it shouldnt be to hard to lol. im scared the real OP servant is gonna be summer melu but shes ruler and i dont think they make her similar to her OG so i doubt shes gonna be stupid broken.
good thing that even outside of her 3 niches (like you said there wont be problems finding them since shes a berserker) she also got crit focus, so you can always fall back on that.

Having seen some demonstration videos, she isn't necessarily that broken. In terms of damage, she definitely beats Vlad when she hits her damage mods, and even then with all her buffs she can keep up even with his upgraded NP: at the same time, her NP Gain is really low, even with double Castoria she really needs auxiliary batteries to keep using her NP. I think Vlad has her slightly beat in terms of survivability as well: after the invincibility in her first turn all she has is that single hit of Anti-Enforcement (that can also interfere with Castoria's NP if you're not careful), aside from that she has no defense, while Vlad's Guts by contrast are slightly more reliable in the long term, though not by much. I think the main difference between the two is higher damage against specialties with Bersertoria vs easier looping with Vlad: she's definitely strong, but she's not completely powercreeping other heavy-hitters.

Are single target servants more in demand on JP right now? I'm sitting here struggling to figure out how often I even pull out a single target servant. Yet it seems people are hyped that she is single target.
Until a couple months ago, they released nothing but AOE loopers for about 15 months or so I think. Everyone had so many loopers of all 3 card types that people were begging devs for some single target damage dealers. Also Summer Ibuki from last summer was a crazy strong Arts looper (generally considered the strongest) berserker that it would have been kind of redundant if Castoria was also AOE.
There's also the fact that JP events now have 90++ difficulty nodes that more often than not have single Servants with a lot of HP. Standard AOE farming teams aren't enough for them, so strong ST Servants are extremely valuable.
Isn't the Solemn Defense on her NP actually bad, if you're running her in a team with OG Castoria. You want to chain Summer Castoria's NP into normal Castoria to get the overcharge on Castoria for 2 hits of solemn defense (or 4 with summer Castoria's +2 overcharge) BUT because of Summer Castoria providing 1 hit 1 turn Solemn Defense you'll instead get nothing from OG Castoria since you can't stack the buffs. Or can you stack the buffs? I know you can't stack 2 OG Castoria's solemn defenses, and you need them to be used up before applying more.

@Azure70 I think the point they are trying to make is that, while what you're saying ia true, if on top of that summer Castoria didn't have the 1 hit 1 turn special invul on her NP, you could chain the NPs to get an extra stack of special invul from Castoria, which would be better
nope, it's a one time one-turn AED. if you need to use the multi-hit multi-turn AED for the party, you use her second skill on Castoria then chain Castoria>Summertoria NP. Otherwise just time it right, her synergy with herself is insane if you know how to use her kit properly.
Too be fair that is just bad game design, since in farming teams with just OG Castoria that also applies poorly to more wasted overcharge levels for any additional NPs in the same turn... since the 2nd Castoria's NP OC is wasted completely... 😢
