Stearman smokes badly on departure! Pilot handles it well.

On a Saturday I head out with big plans. Ahhh... how quickly plans can change when you are flying old taildragger s. Especially a Stinson. As typical by noon all plans are out the window. Yet as happens with flying even when plans change the back country fun flying happens. This is why I love flying GA. You never know how a day will play out but I never am unsatisfied.
