Both Kylie and Becky were two perfect characters that were unsympathetic but over time we saw very real and human people. And both actresses are very likeable. Shame they aren’t there anymore.
The most complex and credible character in the history of Corrie. Absolutely believable. No matter how many times I watch any of her scenes, she’s not portraying a character, she’s a real person. That’s beyond genius.
I just saw Becky's exit episode last Friday here in Canada...The show won't be the same without her. Katherine Kelly is a wonderful actress and I wish her the best! I hope she comes back...I miss her on the show! (:
I have to say that Katherine Kelly deserves a lifetime BAFTA achievement award, an Oscar, an Academy Award and a place on Great Britain's very own Hollywood Walk of Fame. I dreamt about Katherine Kelly in my Japanese Class whilst wearing the 8th Showa Kamen Rider ring (Skyrider ring) on her right middle finger and I also dreamt about her in a Japanese Gold and Yellow Kimono.
I bet KK had no idea what a sensation she would become. Everyone loved Becky...I met this guy in the grocery store one day wearing a "real men watch coronation street" tshirt, LOL. so we got talking about the show and he said he only watched because of Becky.
Living in the States, I didn't watch this show, but went looking for KK after seeing her as Lady Loxly. She is really the best thing on Selfridge. If she doesn't become a huge star, there is no justice in the world.

2022 Still miss Becky 😍 If you think about it, Becky from Coro, Bianca from Eastenders and Charity from Emmerdale are all similar characters. All fierce, all loud, all are not afraid to fight both men and woman and they always protect their friends and family. Imagine having all 3 woman casted on the same show.
