Good Burger was lowkey always shit XD there is no defending it. Just because it’s a kids movie doesn’t mean it has to be extremely dumb and stupid, kids movies can have depth and actually be intelligent.
Funny the thing about the bloobbity bloppity blo scene is that Doug made the scene entirely hilariously more funnier by doing that. Thank you Doug... :)
Gonna just come in real late, but I think the shade thrown at Shaq was because he did a lot of endorsements and people were more wary of what he was endorsing
he was talking about shaq as a actor.. not a player. and people who are good in roles including sinbad even if they are good actors doesn't mean the movie is gonna support that and thats the scripts fault that scene held way to long on the characters just trying to make up shit alot of scenes in this movie hold on the screen to long whether its a important plot point or not it really didn't need to be that long especially if its a comedy movie... the longer you hold onto something, the less its gonna be funny especially if the funniness of it has already passed

ok the problem I have is your end discussion. You bring up a point that shaq as a basketball player is on a whole other level, and that hes an amazing player, and I agree. But whenever you try to bring up the real reason Doug made the joke, your either interrupted by the other 2 or you refuse to finish. Doug is speaking about Shaq's movie career. When he says 'back when it meant something hes talking about before he decided to join the movie cinema and made flops. Back when he did just basketball, ads, cameos, and such. Not when he was starring in a movie. Defend Shaq's skills as a geninely good basketball player, but don't be so biased that you can't admit that he has faults. The man plays basketball, but isn't as good as an actor. Don't be a blind fan who refuses imperfection. the guy on the right is acting like every other blind fan who responds to any form of criticism to their Star with hate. Shaq's not perfect. Its a hard pill to swallow for most people, but its true. No one is perfect. Everyone is human, therefore, they have faults. Shaq's movie career isn't that great, but his NBA career is massively successful. There. Simple. Your letting your love for his NBA skills overshadow is others. It may suck that hes not good at everything, but hey, thats a fact of life. Everyone has something their good at, but they fall in other areas. Hes a decent actor, and thats all. Hes good at rap, amazing at basketball, but hes more decent as an actor, like in blue chips. and in response to those who I know will be coming to say 'but Doug WAS talking about him as a whole', unless critic comes out with a confession that he was speaking like that, then please, don't interpret it in a way just so you can have the final say.
