Before considering the age, I believed that Swedish people living in Spain would have more cancer, if it meant skin cancer, which is caused by getting much more sunshine (and sunburns) than in Nordic climate. But considering age, also this effect was leveled.

I prefer logistic regression because you can adjust for more than one variable, as mika suggested beyond age, you can also control for sunburns.
