So you use glue to stick the pieces together? What glue do you use?

I use contact cement. It is the best for EVA foam

How did you calculate the size of the template to fit your body?

You need to take a measurement of your chest and waist and using those numbers you know what size to make your pattern. But the best way for cosplay is to wrap yourself in plastic wrap or foil and tape. Draw the design on the tape and then have someone cut you out.
