Don't overthink it, or over watch RUclips. South Korea is extremely safe and well-organized. I've traveled there all over the country, on a bicycle and in the countryside, three times knowing no Korean language and alone. Go.

I plan on going to Seoul sometime next year around my birthday and to tell you all the truth I’m scared lol… only because I’ll possibly be by myself so hopefully I’ll be able to befriend some locals ( for I am currently practicing my Korean ) and fellow foreigners. Wish me luck 🍀☺️.

Planning go solo to Seoul in June/2024, I have phone of T-Mobil, it says T-Mobile cover the Wi-fi in Korea, Q: I can download the Naver maps and I don't have to buy the Wi-fi sim card in Korea, then I can use the maps in Seoul, right? Thanks
You can use NAVER maps so long you’ve got internet or mobile data connection
