Please make more!! It's my dream to open a micro raw goat dairy and your video/channel has been the best information I've gotten by far. Right now I only got as far as talking to another local raw dairy and getting the inspectors information. I want to have him out soon to check out the place and give building tips because we haven't even STARTED building the buildings yet. This video was so informative. Thank you!!!
This video is so informative! Thank you very much! I am working on starting a goat micro dairy and everything seems so confusing. This is helpful to see the setup and to have you go over everything so completely!
New sub today! The algorithm is favoring your channel hopefully. You popped into my feed, I watched a half dozen or so vids, all entertaining and informative. Milking 18 goats ending truly cracked me up as the camera slowly panned in and you were saying "anything found interesting"~ I showed a lil leg today" was priceless, I cracked up. You HAVE to keep a good sense of humor. Anyway I love your channel, I've gone from feeding, cleaning poop, mating to milking and now two vids on the production end. I saw someone else ask on another vid-no answer. I ask as well, is the majority of ALLL this days work done by the two of you Daddy's or is there an added staff, including interns to volunteers? That's it for today, until next time
We’ll be making a video on the Goat Daddys staff soon, but the short answer is there are 3 full time animal care givers and we’ll occasionally get interns, volunteers, and part time employees to help as well😁
This is great! Thank you for all of this. We are starting our goat milk selling journey and really want to get it right. We have someone coming out to talk about building soon. How big is your building and each room? Would you mind sharing your demotions?
That is a good point and correct! Our milk is Grade A raw, which means it's not been pasteurized. However, our cheese is pasteurized, so the cheese is not raw. Hope this answers your question 😁
It’s a different type of lactose than the lactose found in cows milk. Some people who can’t tolerate cows milk can tolerate goats milk, but some people can’t tolerate both. It’s definitely worth giving it a try tho!

Thanks for the lesson! Really makes me appreciate smaller farms/businesses than I already do.

Great information. What’s the square footage of each of your rooms ?
I thought if you pasteurize the milk, it's not raw. Raw from what I understand is filtered but not pasteurized. Your thoughts?

Is it lactose free? I'm asking for myself, I recently learned that I'm lactose intolerant the, er, hard way.

@@GoatDaddys I've been following since they were chaotic baby goats, and I'm a Capricorn, which is pretty funny as well.
