He could have asked him to explain more on complexities or business processes or safety standards. Asking him to explain on benefits of metro is not sreedhran's job. India's urban mobility owe a lot to sreedhran. He is one who deserves Bharat Ratana.

But still the Delhi metro systems should have been third rail system. A bad and very ugly precedent. Kolkata metro system is much better and more to the city scale.
