Great estate. How big of a boat can fit into the Bait shack marina/Dock? Do you know the waters depth? Does the property come as seen in your videos? Fully furnished and equipped? Fishing tackle? Paddle boards? Thanks for the videos it’s a beautiful estate.
Thank you for watching and for reaching out with these questions. The boat marina depth is 6' and the dock length is 80' by 65'. The short dock wall by the private boat ramp is 17'. There is 244' of ocean frontage. This is a spectacular estate and fully equipped to provide all the fishing and boating experiences one could desire. Feel free to reach out for more of your specific questions mentioned above: 561-386-4952
@@lisawiebe_realtor I lived in Indian Rocks Beach FL for 16 years, and lately in Florida that is what you need. A Fortress, it is beautiful. Thanks Brian
@@Mach11976 So sorry to hear how tore up, but glad to hear of their resilience. It is truly amazing what happens in communities in times like these. A way of bringing people together like never before to rebuild and restore.
The decks are all made of ipe, Brazilian walnut. The beauty of ipe is that it is extremely durable, you can choose to oil it or leave it a more natural look and it will still last. It’s a phenomenal top of the line tropical wood that weathers beautifully.
@@lisawiebe_realtor It needs to be refinished. When initially installed, had a beautiful luster. It does not age well. My point is a 21 million dollar property deserves to be maintained, just like paint on the walls and the upkeep on the landscape. I did not search for this content. RUclips's algorithm brought it up, I'm just commenting on what I saw

Impressive bait shack. Beautiful home!
It is impressive! The whole downstairs is storage. Potential for live wells, and more storage of all the fishing and boating gear.
It's that time!

Nice place, but you sure would have a lot of upkeep.
Yes, there is upkeep but with a good system in place, the property runs like clockwork and is kept up beautifully.
How are you doing? I am a regular viewer from your channel. I am just here to tell you that you are creating very amazing content. Good luck to you.
