A certain degree of merging has happened and because of this integration, I can no longer feel the separation. Just what I needed to hear. So I can lighten up on myself, my integrated self of course. Brilliantly said Alchemist.
A rule I learned from experience: learn to see the black and white…the outline before coloring it in.
Some children scribble and fill in the image on the page without first assessing objectively the lines of the image itself. I have found walking the line or tracing first then filling in after allows you to see what something is first before making it into what you want it to be (giving it meaning).

Wow what you said at the end about the sadness of feeling that it is gone but not realizing I have merged with it. I am currently going thru that, and it didn't even cross my mind that the reason I don't hear it the same is because I have integrated with it. Thanks for this video. I use music to channel energy. What I've come to the realize is that in order to do this, I can't catch feelings. The problem with catching feelings is that once you catch them, they catch you. And if someone is in a selfish place, and in their feelings? They're not going to be able to channel energy effectively.

Still I am surprised you mention the less high frequencies experiences since our thoughts and words create reality.
Clarity attracts clarity and the higher frequency that is felt with it.
ABout the biais : if we are well aligned with the Self then it simply means we have to transmute it. That’s the game source plays?
That’s a pure clear natural law? We are all teaching one another since we are all extensions and facettes of source.
So when “we” (like so many do and have done for eons) channel “ghost like ascended masters” and it feels ULTRA loving pure higher energy, the soul/heart knows it!
No brainer! Pure source is pure source. That’s the certainty that comes from the feeling and the soul knows it.
And in this “source linked to soul” journey of love/joy/peace, genius, harmony the heart always remember the feeling and the absolute truth of higher frequencies since we are coming from it. As you said we are extensions of source coming to decipher the bugs. Not because we are punished (that’s a dogma no longer logical with the true forgiving essence of life) we come to decipher and debug because we are worth it! 😅
We come as pure source willing to take higher frequencies as explained in the Kybalion because taking the higher road is the simplest way to transform into better. The equation is simple. Just need to remember it. And each of us having a different soul journey no one can tell better than ourselves how to interpret our own soul path. That’s the free will we all have to integrate. One experience for one soul is interpreted totally differently for one soul. And teaching about the best felt experiences increase the channel of better frequencies. That’s how the transmutation works.

When I got my first big channeling from archangel Michael for example at the start of my “real” awakening it was through trans. After a little way it changed and I “only” got channeled I formation through myself. I was grieving that change at first because it was very obvious it wasn’t “just me making things up” but he was like you needed it in the beginning to surrender and let go of ego/control. Now you don’t need it because you hear anyways. lol. So ye, trans channeling can be an important step to release the need to control to not pick out what gets to come. Hope you all get how I mean.😅
Truth. Finding and always seeking truth make all the difference. Awesome video. I am we, we are one, I am me, one of one. One of many things I have channeled. That is something I know many of us know, feel and will understand. / I am very happy to know there are other "higher" minds dropping drips of love light and wisdom all over the place. Many of us have been at it a VERY long time. Some since the beginning.
As an artist, your eyebrows are demanding of my attention. 🤝👌 Also, I know you know this, but you are many lifetimes of being an extremely powerful being re-aligned here now.
Dear Sarah - I appreciate the clarity of your communication and you make excellent points regarding what closes the aperture, lowers the frequency, etc. However, I fear that it is easier to be told what one must do - know thyself, be objective, have strong boundaries, be discerning, etc - than to know how to do that. Or to know IF one is doing it properly. Without a teacher it is easy to fool oneself, or just not know how to tell.
However, I find another problem with what you are teaching here. It assumes that if one were able to achieve that high level of frequency, integrity, rigor, self knowing, etc. that alone would be enough to guarantee your safety. That once you become a "frequency match" for higher level energies, the negative ones will be unable to touch you, communicate with you, or even see you and only true positive light will be attracted to you. That is presuming too much. Those who would deceive us and step in as imposters depend on the trust and innocence and belief in goodness of light workers and know very well how to pretend to be all that. The negative beings are also attracted to us when we shine with light.
There is another solution that is far stronger to provide safety and protection for those who wish to communicate with higher energies - including even our own higher selves. And that is simply to ask for protection from the divine with full sincerity and belief. Even if you're sure you're safe, sure that you're merged with your higher consciousness (and I experience that frequently).. especially when reaching out to connect with another consciousness, it is better to be safe than sorry. I have been channeling high level, divine energies for 40 years and I'm aware now that many channelers are not channeling who they think they are. There are many dangers out there and we need to not be naive and think we are protected just because we are spiritual loving beings. Those who wish us harm do not wish to see light workers succeed - that is against their plan. One way to take us out is to deceive us.
I offer this not to criticize but to awaken and offer a path of true safety for those who are here with gifts to use that the world needs. The dark does not want to see us using those gifts and we need to be wise enough to not be derailed from our true purpose.

6:51 - The Golden Rule is instrumental is establishing boundaries. It’s important to understand the “treat others as you would have them treat you” may apply not to only humans but all energy.
“A divided house cannot stand” - an inconsistency between thoughts and actions as well as, hypocritical logic also opens the doors to distortion.
For example, “believing each person has a right to their own will and right to decide for self”, yet you “force” your opinion and desires onto another regardless of how beneficial or “right” your opinion seems is contradictory and dishonoring to your own principles.
Lastly, your principles are your rules. Not only what you say, but also how and what you think and do.

A good way to discern myself from the entities is through my intellect, wit and perception. The entities will say, "He's so selfish, he only cares about himself." My discerned response is, "Do you need me to care about you, are you helpless?" (Or) "If everyone cared/loved themselves no one would need someone else to care for them."
You see, entities are very 2 dimensional, they don't have an identity to do introspection. Oftentimes when a person or entity speaks they say more about themselves then what they're expressing. Truth behind truth isn't what one says, it's what wasn't said.
How do u make decisions? Sometimes does the decision not make any sense, but u fear doing it but u think u need to do it?
@@crystalsmith9038 We only experience fear because it's illogical. Doing something out of fear is our way of balancing the senses. Use whatever you have even if it's fear, just be sure you're the one controlling it.

@@crystalsmith9038 Depends what one gets out of it then. If it gives nothing in return then the decision should be obvious. The biggest decisions we make are a result of deciding yes or no. An indecision however falls to the sub conscious which can be influenced by senses one is not yet attuned to. Acting on the awareness of fear can attune one to senses and alms like learning to let go or wu wai, the art of not trying to achieve nothing that may lead to everything.

when there is an edit, from Sarah speaking to camera, to what appears to be stock video stuff, i find it a distraction and there's a loss of attention to processing the information, as now one is processing some radom inserted imagery.
Which i think isn't helpful to the point of the communications.
It's typically complex reasoning and Sarah delivers at a brisk pace, i think it's better to just stay with the eyes and hand expressions of the teacher, which are assisting the comm's impact.
Still..i am in awe of Sarah's knowledge and confident speaking and thank you for the wonderful education!

Hi Sara! Your last nugget of wisdom regarding the phenomenon of merging so much with the being that you're channeling, resonates so much with me, as someone who has just barely started tapping into my own channeling abilities. I always call in my guides, my star family, and any angels who would like to step forward and assist when I do literally any oracle reading now, and tarot readings as well. Sometimes an amazing thing happens where I'm just writing and/or speaking an amazing stream of wisdom, awareness, truth, information, though I don't exactly know who it's coming from, but I know that it's coming from one of my guides/several at once. But it really just feels like me, or my higher mind receiving this information and translating it into English thoughts and words that can be comprehended in the most basic way, even though it's ancient living, eternal soul wisdom. I think this must be what happens with me now, so thank you so much for this assurance and affirmation!

Personally, I channel by only accepting a feeling of love and to serve the highest truth and good. I do not differentiate between guides angels and other interdimensional minds that serve love light wisdom and each other. This is one of the reasons I often share this - I am we, we are one, I am me, one of one. / I would love to speak to others who channel for the purpose of learning. None of us channel identically, however, there are many similarities. What interests me are the many different way the same thing can be done differently, if you know what I mean. Should anyone read this, understand and have interest in sharing how we each "do the do that we do", please let me know however be patient as I am not exactly a "computer guy".

@@leahtemplar3296 you know what I agree with that somewhat, but I have seen a few that seemed to be pretty genuine, plus when it started resonating with my own certain perception of things is how I've been able to discern the messages coming through, in my mind I figured if the message was good it's good, if it's inspiring while also challenging what you think you know why not? I try to get out of my opinion of what it should sound or look like mainly because I get judged a whole lot with the manner I choose to express myself which is a lot of times vulgar lol, but im being is honest as I can possibly be and I've accepted that I'm not for everyone and I'm OK with that. But ya for sure you can tell some are in it for glory and praise and attention which in my opinion probably stems from some psychological trauma from childhood so I just keep it moving.

If you want to check what you are ready to channel; it is worth while to evaluate your day-to-day experiences of people (especially strangers), seeing that your outside world directly reflects your inside world. People, especially strangers mirrors your inside world almost exactly, so what you receive (channel) from strangers would be closer to what you would receive (channel) from Spirit, 4D beings and thought forms.

One can never channel the ascended masters from the energetic body or someone who has past from the spiritual body.
