@Gnosis Dg The price will always be different depending on materials, location, labor, etc. You should ignore the price shown. It's clickbait and not at all what your price will be. As for finding an architect to formalize the plan, that's all up to you man. There are plenty of them out there. It'll cost a pretty penny though. Many architect firms work with building contractors so that's the "all in one" process you mentioned. There's a huge difference between "house plans" and "blueprints." House plans only show the basic floorplan of the house. For example, length and width of the house plus the layout of the rooms and sometimes land plot. This isn't enough to build the house, it's just an overview. The blueprints are detailed instructions on how to build the house. The architecture team along with civil engineers will draw up the blueprints. The Architect is the artist and the civil engineer makes sure that art can be made. For example, if the architect drew up an open designed living room, the civil engineer may tell the architect his design would work but only if a support beam is installed in the middle of the room. If that support beam isn't installed, the load of the roof wouldn't be supported. However, a support beam would ruin the concept of the design in the eyes of the architect. As you can see, there is a love/hate relationship between architects and civil engineers. Anyone can design a house through the many softwares out there. This video is an example of that. But that doesn't mean the person who designed the house is an actual architect and it certainly doesn't mean it can actually be built the way it was designed. A civil engineer makes sure any design can be built the way the architect designed it. My point is, someone can be selling house plans and those house plans is just a general layout of the house. The next step is to take those hoise plans to an architect and tell him to draw up the blueprints. He'll draw up the blueprints with the help of a civil engineer. Once those plans are certified, if the architecture firm works with a construction company, they'll hand off the plans to them and construction begins. If the architect or firm doesn't work with a construction company, you'll have to find one and give the blueprints to them.
Don't worry, we install here special reflective glass. This unique kind of glass film solution means that anyone on the outside will only be able to see their own reflection, whereas people inside can still enjoy full view outwards.
