The lack of music, just Noot Noot walking and the pitter patter of his feet, as well as his cry.
He's alone in the artic with the only closest living thing being a giant walrus that chases After him.
It was a lot of ambience.
A great way to calm a child, to just watch Noot Noot do random things to entertain himself. No loud noises, music or crazy antics.
But it also made it unnerving when you think more on it. When you're not sucked into the screen and are looking at it disconnected from the experience. It's unnerving.
