So many guides that are newly released still use her as a central part. She’s an old character, but she still shines like new when you need her. Ulpianus is coming home! Remember that he is THE best stat stick in the entire game, so any % buffers are amazing on him from your other operators that aren't Abyssal Hunters like Eyja Alter and Guard Amiya. His healing talent also means that not only does he have sort of DEF, he is one of the best Arts tankers in the game as most of it is relatively low damage instances aside event gimmicks or bosses. Even without Abyssal Hunters he is one of, if not the best coming operator in the next 6 months (unless Thorns Alter shapes up to be broken as hell too). Good luck to everyone pulling, and enjoy the event.
Mountain. He has a great self sustain S2, so you usually don't need to pair him with a healer, and that S2 also works pretty similar to what Blaze do most of the time.

mountain hands down. -Saria is also great but i think mountain is just too valuable as a laneholder and her art support niche is nice but not required -Exusiai is lower priority than typhon and you also have thorn and other low rarity AA snipers. But exu is still the best AA sniper all these years later, it's just that this class has been powercrept. -Blaze is cope unfortunately easy skip. I mean she is usable but if you get her i highly advise to reroll she's really not good compared to literally every other ops in this banner. -Silverash was the G.O.A.T but unfortunately today there are too many aoe dps options. While he is still very powerful, you have high chances of getting spooked by other better helidrop dps. The biggest reason why i think mountain is much better than SA today is because SA requires E2 and m3 to be as good as he can whereas E1 mountain is more than enough for a newbie letting you focus your ressources on E2 myrtle, typhon or thorn. E1 silverash basically 3* mountain in term of power. -Thorn is in a similar situation, used to be great, but his E1 sucks and too many operator (like mountain) do a better job than him. Still good at E2 but he REALLY needs E2. Imo the banner priority for newbie is: mountain>exu/saria>SA>thorn>blaze. Silverash is really held back by his E1. Even back on release exusiai was considered a good alternative to SA and saria has been one of the most consistent character only being powercrept recently by a limited. As for E2 priority i'd suggest E2 thorn first because he is really bad at E1 but if you need boss killing prioritize typhon E2 instead. Mountain is last because E1 mountain is already good enough. If you have myrtle though E2 M3 myrtle is absolute priority because she is cheaper to E2 than 6* and a game changer.

Intermezzo are for events that have a significant impact on the main story or the lore of terra as a whole. But because they're huge lore bombs most of them release on anniversary with some exceptions like siege alter event

I will say though that it is weird that where the firelight casts is not an intermezzi but it also makes sense since that event focuses more on reed facing her past instead of dealing with the victorian arc
Christ, the skins are overkill nowadays. All most 18 minimum to 21 and now 24. Gone are the days of 15 Op skins. They really empty your wallet for sure.
Truth be told, you would NOT want Suzuran, Weedy, Archetto or Flametail as a starter operator... they're strong but they cannot carry a newbie account at E2... I'd put Ceobe or Eyja over Silverash tho, too many lords

First thing first, we must know the current list of operators that the player have. If the player is a full new player who just started, then knowing what 6* that they got from beginner gacha is definitely needed. All available operators from this ticket are good. But for new players, I think it's better to widen their team overall capability than having several good 6* that cover the same job.
I was a newbie like 6-7 months ago and I got Mountain from begginer banner. He carried my ass so hard, so I woulld definitely recommend him if u dont get it on the begginer banner. A self sustain laneholder is just so good.
