We have two Bosch Amplifiers and a Controller used for our paging at our domestic, departures and arrival terminals. Been working for past 12 years and somehow, some electrical issue or surges somehow caused our fault to our amplifiers. We have been out of PA for past week , was told we have PA program. However upon physical checks , unable to detect , smell or burnt components? Wehn turn on with speakers , every seems normal except it says no network? Does that mean the amplifiers are ok?? Was told Bosch no longer support these amplifiers or the controllers as well. These Bosch systems has been so resilient and very reliable until recent fault.
Any chance there is a support forum, maybe a blog or something along those lines for programming questions? These first three videos for the Praesideo are good for what they are but it seems it could have gone a lot further...
