RAAM destroyed MANY cities. Skorge COLLAPSED them. The Rise of RAAM comic book series really showed how much of a badass he is though. Fun fact: both RAAM and Skorge destroyed this city. That's Illima, the city Skorge sinks with the Riftworm in Gears 2 where you get swallowed by that damn creature.

They don't use that much and the Kryll were blocking out the sky during most of the time that the Locust were in the city. In the other Gears games its stated that they can't use the Hammer of Dawn while the Kryll are inking up the skies.
