    I really like the fact that you wait until the end of your videos to ask people to sash that like button. A lot of RUclipsrs begin their videos by asking people to like it, but why would I like something I haven't seen yet? Anyway, I respect your integrity. Thanks again for another informative video.

      So true... It's like asking for a tip when you didn't drink your drink or eat your food yet

    • @madelinescully1
      @madelinescully1 2 года назад +1

      Thats because the vast majority of watchers dont watch to the end of the video. So if you put the request to subscribe at the end, most people wont see it. Its not like asking for a tip. If you dont have subscribers, your video never comes up on anyones feed, and if it doesnt come up on anyones feed, no one knows its there to be seen. What is the point of putting all that effort into making a video that no one is ever going to see? If you want decent videos that youre likely to want to watch on your feed then you need to subscribe. Its as much for your benefit as theirs.

    Very interesting and logical research approach and will definitely give this a go thank you! My research is a bit more random / variety of sources but keep a spreadsheet of ideas, highlighting priority of relevance/potential - then when I get on with making a design am much more targeted than in earlier times. :)

    Thanks for this, great idea on taking a quantitative approach! I would have used the entire top 103 in determining how many dark/light shirts personally. I wonder if the results would be very different. Also, I had not heard of Affinity Designer. I use a variety of applications, but primarily ps. What is the benefit of affinity?

    • @DetourShirts
      @DetourShirts  2 года назад +3

      Glad it was helpful! The benefit of Affinity Designer is that it's a vector application like Illustrator without the monthly costs... it's a one time fee of about $50 depending when you buy it... sometimes it's on sale for $30
