Hey guys! I hope y'all are enjoying my Costa trip just as much as we did. My apologies for the discrepancy in property size, it's only 100 hectares (241acres).
Just a heads up we still have at least another 7 stops on this excursion. Can you hardly wait?!?

Woooow this is one of the best if not the best of all the videos we have watched on costa rica food forest, we are Germans looking to relocate to Costa Rica and this video got us so overjoyed because it answered all of our questions, but what made it even more interesting was that the farm owner spoke at one point in German which confirmed our suspicion that he was German because of his accent, we are definitely visiting this place next year as we plan to travel to this beautiful country next year, thank you so very much for such a profoundly powerful and informative video, you really helped us alot.

When you revisit try fermenting the cacao beans for 7-10 days, dry, then roast at 145 degrees for 45 minutes. Longer fermentation, lower roast temps, and longer roast times increase the flavor & nutrition. A scientist in Guyana did the research for the cacao industry which is their #1 export.
