Carolina Bar-B-Que

A visit to Carolina Bar-B-Que in New Ellenton, SC. Buffet style. Serving good southern Bar-B-Que since 1969.
I didn't see any hot bbq sauce or vinegar/red pepper flake sauce. And the potato salad is a bit bland for my tastes. The bar-b-que and hash is very good and worth the trip.

Remember going there in 1969. Great hash and rice. My little sister worked there shortly after opening. Used to have loafs of bread and tea pitchers on their tables. Think it $3.00 for all you can eat but sadly still didn't have vinegar sauce like on Joe Poe's place on Augusta Highway.
