Thank you for your valuable advice. I also appreciated your ''Senior recommendations'' in a clear ,short, easy to follow summary.
Some professionals give long, complicated instructions suitable for scratch golfers.

All great tips to avoid "first tee jitters" Steve! At all times, I try to focus in on the target and the outcome. These are all outward focuses. My problem is when I let outside disturbances (talking, sirens, airplanes) influence my subconscious mind. Always enjoy you two Aussie Pros. Keep up the good work.

Thanks, John, Absolutely focus on the target but try not to focus on the outcome. The outcome is out of your hands, all we have control of is the process. I think this will also help with your focus on disturbances ( once again, out of your control 🙂) Accepting you can't control them and also that they are likely to pop up EVERY round can radically change your perspective, it allows your subconscious mind to be aware and accept. So when they do pop up it's background noise. I really appreciate your comments.

    Hey Steve,
Great video, well explained mate. Some valuable advice. Food for thought.
As always, short and straight to the meat of the subject.
Enjoyed your advice to Mark Bambagiotti as well.
    Cheers,
    Joe

Great video Steve. Thanks mate. I'd love to get your tips on "how to tackle that nemesis hole(s) on your home course . . . ". There are a couple of holes on my home track that are taking up far too much space in my head! I'm thinking about them on the drive to the course, during the round, etc etc

G'day Mark! That's a great question and very video worthy! 💯It's a little complex, meaning that there are a few things going on there. Let's start with the drive to the course. Whatever you focus on expands and what you're focusing on is past failures. It's the same with those ' Nemises ' holes, All your focus is on how badly you always F%&$K them up 😃..........We need to change your story, your paradigm ( thinking system ) around this, it's classic outcome-based thinking, focusing on the result. I'm actually finding it difficult to respond briefly, so I will do a Video on this, I hope you don't mind?

@@AussieGolfPros Thanks for your reply, Steve. A video is exactly what I was after. Perfect!
Looking forward to receiving your video alert . . . and to making a few more pars on my nemesis holes. Cheers
