I live there. There are 140+ individual small HOAs there. Each one has its own feel. The current monthly fees are generally in the $475-550 range. Mine is $498. That’s for 2-bedroom. 1-bedrooms are somewhat less. 3/26/22
@@hirsch4real201 Yes. There are two restaurants. One in the main clubhouse that is open for breakfast and lunch daily and one in the Monaco clubhouse open for lunch and dinner.
She forgot to say that everyone who buys into Kings point has to pay $1,500 for the fee for the clubhouse the key to get into the community in the gate she forgot that
Huntington Pointe is nice. However, the prices are generally in the $200-400,000 range (1-2 bedrooms mostly). I believe this realtor was trying to show some of the most reasonably-priced retirement communities in Delray.
Some of them were built by the same builder. Those built in 1975-1985 are going to look pretty much alike from aerial views. If you want fancier architectural designs, prepare to pay MUCH more $$$. Summers way to hot winters nice no snow!
I called Kings point and the HOA is around 500 to $600 a month

Several communities have one-time initial amenities fees. Be sure to ask your realtor.
Condos are to old. What about some new ones that have been redone. Heard of one named Huntington Point. Thanks
