I have a '07 600RR, have loved every minute of it since I bought it. No electronics on it, so it is pretty basic which I quite like, but saying that I've not had the opportunity to try one. Sounds like a trip to Fowlers Bristol for a test ride! The price of this bike is very competitive, for the spec.and the 119 bhp is outstanding, good value for money. Quickshifter is one of the Items which I feel would be beneficial. Great to see the 600RR back and all the better for it. Great review.

Thanks for your kind words. I have an 08 600RR....the 07-08 is considered by many to be the best version of the RR 💪💪

I wouldn’t be to hopefull for other manufacturers to follow. Not enough market for it. I’ve got a Honda cbr600 rr from 2009. Was my first bike a few years ago. Was my dreambike and still love it.. But I can’t ride it for more then 2 hours without backpain. Got myself a 24 mt09 as my main bike for longer tours. Still got the cbr tho. Love looking at it!

Yeah I share your thoughts there, such a shame! I'm blessed with a couple of bikes, my 08 cbr still takes pride of place in the garage!

Same here have a 2008 cbr600rr but wrist and back hurts at rides longer than one hour. Now cant decide between tuono660factory, mt09sp newest, upcoming honda hornet or upcoming mt07

I'm amazed they got it euro 5 compliant while still getting 119 hp out of a 600. That was an impressive feat. And now with the superbike electronics package, it's right up there with the zx-6r for me.

Agreed, it's a fantastic achievement and amazing to see back on the roads!

Hi, does the bike get hot due to the exhaust? Thank you!

I currently have a 2005 600rr and always daydream about getting a new one. Unfortunately here in Australia the new cbr600rr is $28,000. At that price, I can get a new zx6r and still have $10k left over. Even a Ducati v2 is still just cheaper.
Also, the new fireblade is $53,000 AUD which is mind blowing.

Impossible... Here in Poland 600RR cost about 13,2k USD but ZX-6R cost 15,5k USD. Ducati V2 is even worse, because cost over 24k USD. I am going to get my 600RR in January... Hope you gonna get new bike anyway bro!

Definitely agree about the wing mirrors from the Fireblade it would of made it look a lot better.

100%. I can only assume it's in an attempt to keep costs down. Pity!

I had to do 150 mph officer as the quick shifter works better😎👍

How was the heat on the exhaust? Compared to other Kawasaki,Suzuki 600's?

I've no idea of the exact temperature but the silencer never got very hot at all

Just a note, RR means road and racing, not race replica , great video 👌

Thanks for the kind words! I've always known it as either Race Ready or Race Replica. Maybe it has different abbreviations from other manufacturers?

light comes up when there's 4l in the tank left, and it shows range left / or liters left, you can toggle it

What’s the difference in ergos between this and the 650r?

    • @FrontWheelUp
      @FrontWheelUp  Месяц назад

The 650r is much more comfortable, it has higher bars and lower footpegs. The 600RR puts you in a more of a racing position.

My kinda bike. At last a motorcycle and not a suv with 2 wheels. Just a fuel light is all you need, pointless electronics. Thanks Honda and thanks for the video. Think I will get a older one.
