Hey I struggle with chronically chapped lips too...currently using lansinoh to try to aid healing. They still seem to peel daily. Have you got any advice that might help? Appreciate all help thanks :)
If your lips are peeling you are probably dehydrated. Drink plenty of water. Lessening salt and sugar will help a lot too. Exfoliate wet lip gently with a towel after brushing your teeth, but only once every 2-3 days.
Sou Mya I would suggest using exfoliating acids (not scary at all and are very gentle) like Glycolic or Lactic and use a mineral spf. Chemical sunscreens can cause dryness to the lips. I like to use Blue Lizard Sensitive sunscreen. Then apply the lanolin to lock in the moisture and keep the sunscreen on the lips. Gentle exfoliation and sun protection works wonders for hyperpigmentation. And try using tyrosinase inhibitors at night after using a leave on chemical exfoliant. My favorite inhibitor is licorice root and I bought an extract on Amazon super cheap. Hope this helps!!

For the Lansinoh one, when I put this on it leaves a white cast on my lips. Am I using to much or is that normal?
