Manuel Neuer is my favourite GK of all time. Wish he had a chance to play for Man Utd. I will never forget that performance for Schalke vs Utd. Fergie after the game saying the goal that was offside from us gave us hope that we could finally beat him. Personally I find it such a shame that although I consider myself to be a very decent keeper there was no hope of becoming professional due to being 5ft 7 😭😂
I don't think that it matters the most ,my favorite goalkeeper of all time is iker casillas and he is kinda very short but he is still one of the best 3 goalkeeper of all time at least

They use smaller nets for warmup because 1, they are easier to move 2, it’s not about scoring on them. It’s about getting the keepers confidence up. Does nothing for his confidence if the guys warming him up are scoring on him and making him pick the ball out of net after every other shot
it reveals a poor mindset in terms of sportsmanship. you saw that with lampards shot in the 2010 WC game. he clearly saw the ball behind the line and yet he acted the way he did. shaking my head - what a (non-) character.

And the way he acted what would have you done? look at Maradona and his goal with the hand everybody still preaches him for being a cheater. About his reactions sometimes he is right and sometimes not, there are a lot of footballers that have really bad personality and do worst things. I dont see the problem tbh he only hates when they score against him
