INGREDIENTS :
• 20 tablespoons bread flour (200 grams)
• 10 tablespoons all purpose flourg (100 grams)
• 1½ sdt yeast (5 grams)
• 3 tablespoons sugar (40 grams)
• 1 egg
• 15 tablespoons cold milk (180 ml)
• 3 tablespoons butter / margarine (40 grams)
• ½ teaspoon salt (if use unsalted butter / margarine)
FILLINGS :
• 4 tablespoons palm sugar (50 grams)
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder
• 5 tablespoons butter / margarine (70 grams)
