I could tell that there was some military experience and knowledge there somewhere, that helmet is a piece of art, your work is excellent. One question alignment, how are you bore sighting initially and aiming once your on the bike?
After the initial helmet build I made a test ride which showed that a little more bend was needed in the long piece of metal. That was really all it took. Unfortunately I move your head a lot anyway so with that camera its not that critical. Close is good enough. The one mounted to the handle bars needed to be a bit more spot on to have me in the middle of the frame. That took a couple rides... The mount for it is pretty rigid so once it was set...it was set. I hope that answered your question. Thanks again.
Thanks good video
