10:07 I would like to add a point to her opinion on YT Reviews section. I believe what she tried to say is When you are coming out on a social Media platform or any media and Trying to address a set of people and deliver your opinion, you must be very careful and responsible of what you speak. Because, Its going to be heard or seen by many people who might be influenced or they might be your followers as you guys mentioned. Ofcourse, At the end of Day, Everybody has to organise their mindset or opinions by themselves. But, What needs to be done is they should prefer to a concept called 'Constructive Criticism' where you dont just point out the genuine flaws (not made up ones)blindly,but you actually advice and suggest them in a positive way. Sadly, Most of the reviews today are quite Opposite, They Bluntly speak of flaws only. Hope it helped ! :)
