@@shikhargovil9579 he was at Barca for barely 4 years when he could’ve had that job for life, that’s not so much time. He’s already said that he’s leaving city next year, so that only like 4 years. Getting a treble and TWICE HATRICK of premier leagues. Pep cannot build teams from scratch. He is good at managing top teams that have already top players. That doesnt justify if the manager is best. @@jarvis911 still living in stone age
@@jarvis911 this comment is underrated
No wonder he doesn’t last anywhere more than a few years, you’ll burn out going at this pace 24/7 and I’m sure that’s what he does. That level of intensity and passion, along with his tactical brilliance makes him for me the best manager in the world.
nah he spent so much time at barcelona then a brief stint at bayern munich and now has been with city for quite long. so it's not like he does not stick anywhere long.
@@shikhargovil9579 he was at Barca for barely 4 years when he could’ve had that job for life, that’s not so much time. He’s already said that he’s leaving city next year, so that only like 4 years. I know that in European football managers are fired quickly and people have zero patience, but he’s someone that always chooses to leave. Nothing is wrong with that, point was that his style must be exhausting for him and his players
@@neill3040 yeah, can agree on that. most of the time he leaves clubs himself without any pressure from chairman, and does take long break before going for next stint. the intensity and pressure( not to mention that he is under a lot more pressure than other managers because of money he spends) means getting exhausted.
@@neill3040 next year would mean he’d been at city for 6 years and that is quite long for managers in modern football. So saying that’s why he doesn’t last long is not very accurate . He spent three seasons at Bayern and that was his shortest stint but by any managerial standards , that is still a decent amount of years. He said once that players do get bored and tired of the same tactics after 3 years so you have to find a way to motivate them.
@@neill3040 He's extending to 2025.
Meanwhile... Sir Alex : "Dont lose it... Dont you dare to bloody lose."
that was for a testimonial game kid
@@Sam1c9797 it is enough for me to soldier myself for him :D it speaks volume of his mentality. If he dont want to lose in friendly match, i can imagine how demanding of him in competitive match. Without mentioning any players girlfriend... Lol
@Rixel who is chatting? Lol. Stop claiming as United fans if you cant understand
@@randysatrya You kinda do chatting shit tho
@@mrplut0 naah, it called commenting. Chatting need at least 2 people talking back and forth... And we are in comment section, not chatting section 😅
This man has all my respect. Coming from the other side of Manchester :)
When he said "This, What we are living, we are not living anymore in our lives." I felt that
Pep tactics resumed in 7 words: "pass pass pass pass pass to Sergio" :))

Shows how important knowing the language of the dressing room is. Makes you wonder what chance people like Gary Neville who spoke no word of Spanish had in Valencia

Not a single player looks disinterested, he is a genuine master of being a motivator.

Wow what a man Pep Guardiola it's still unbelievable and amazing to me that we've got Pep managing the club we love i don't think any City fan in their wildest dreams would've dreamt a dream of Pep being our manager
"An army of sheep lead by lion will always defeat an army of lion lead by sheep".
I admire how Pep and Jose motivate their players.
Sane was so drawn into Pep's talk. He ignites the motivation and passion in him. This is how a General should talk to his soldiers.
When he speaks, they listen. As simple as that🔥

Weed, drink wine and relax

The best manager-coach in the world.
leonard london klopp is he is a cheat spending too much
@@fplsupport1251 you know i don't think football is for you
Haha Now the second best!
Nope!! Its Sir Alex Ferguson. Being at the same club for for so many years and building a team that was BROKEN to champions and winning day in and day out, winning trophies season after season. Getting a treble and TWICE HATRICK of premier leagues. Pep cannot build teams from scratch. He is good at managing top teams that have already top players. That doesnt justify if the manager is best. What justifies if a manager is the best in the world is, the one who starts from scratch and making them champions season after season!!
SAF also retired in the same club. That shows the level of commitment and, dedication and LOVE for the club!!Thats why, he is a LEGEND and THE BEST MANAGER/COACH IN THE WORLD!!
Marshall well uefa found he was cheating so
What a Motivation from Pep.
