Recommendation for a starting build if you really fail and have to start Vault 2:
Next to the entrance, on the other side of the elevator, build the power room or dining room (strength/agility is really good for defending your vault from raiders, so you want to have it as the first room behind the entrance).
Next, don't build rooms next to each other because then no disasters can spread (the entrance can't have disasters either, so count it as empty space). Basically, one room per floor, alternating left to right along the elevator, at least for your first few rooms.

Just found the video, looking good.
But in case you didn't know, Deathclaws appear at 35 dwellers instead of the usual 60. Not only that but they will have more health and do more damage. 😨
Highly recommend to send your power plant workers into the wasteland one at a time to max level (for more health) before hitting 35 dwellers

Sadly you can't get endurance room (more endurance is more health per level up) until 35 dwellers. 😢
Definitely bulk up your two rooms to level 50 for when you get the Deathclaws.
Once unlocked. Make sure every new dweller gets max endurance and maybe add an endurance outfit and send them off to the wasteland. They become invaluable for long term survival.

I thought it was 31 I don't really know something iv heard about on RUclips I don't seem to be able to get past 25 or so dwilers

If you die, keep going. This several mode is hard, so i personally will follow.
Iv found out the hard way you only get 12 to begin with you have to breed them for more dwellers
