      Hi, it is ong choi (water spinach), the vegetable has a crunchy texture. But if you can't find it or don't like it, you can also use this recipe for other veges like bok choy and many others. Boil the vegetables, then pour the water out. Add soy sauce, a little bit of oyster sauce, a tiny bit of black vinegar (you can remove this if don't prefer the sour taste), some minced garlic, some chili oil, and finally top it up with a splash of sesame oil to enhance the flavor. This sauce would also go well with mushrooms/eggplants/.... ☺☺
