Plz advice 🙏🏻 I have a jeep gladiator oem stereo with a pack I have the sound bar from ds18 & 4 8’ speakers 8’neos slim 500w & 4 tweeters I will like to upgrade my speakers don’t really like the ds18 no quality sound at all what would be a good speaker with quality sound that doesn’t break the bank also I’m installing a audio control d1200 amp & DSP plz advice
would it be the case that a coaxil speaker's sound reproduction quality would be closer to that of a component pair if you build a custom crossover for the coaxil speaker? if you roll off all frquecy below... lets say 250Hz... than you should keep all distration away from the midrange cone and tweeter. is there something about having the tweeter on top of the midrange cone that reduces quality?
