One of my main things I wanted was the blade show exclusive from micro and heretic but I also wanted a fix blade. I didn’t get the fixed blade and I’m upset about it lol
I may upset a few people with this, theae days they are charging far to much for fixed blades especially considering the lack of effort put into most stalk sheaths. I was extremely surprised when i bought my biltong from Nepal, had a choice of sheaths and still was under $100 Canadian. As a bonus has a quality horn handle and is actually nice and light!!! Can carry wearing just about anything. Only real complaint is the 5160 but it is traditional and knew going into it and actually holds up extremely well. Just a little more up keep then i would like, since im lazy and old 😂 🤷♂️ I prefer appendix carry but front pocket depending on pants and what im doing works nice too. Thanks for the video love the knife and the aftermarket sheath. I am looking for different sheaths for a few of my knives.
I know there is the craftsman part of it or the handmade part. But other then paying for that, you are definitely overpaying for a fixed blade. So much less going on with a fixed blade then a folder. You are definitely not wrong! And probably will ruffle some feathers 😂😂 I really dig edc-ing a fixed blade. Super handy.
Great review. I've been looking into getting a quality fixed blade. I love the look of this knife, although I prefer a drop point blade. Thanks for sharing.
Definitely a different style of blade, I like the looks of a drop point as well. This shape really lends itself to piercing and then slicing, excellent for tape on a box. Thanks so much!
Awesome review, thanks A
Thank you!!!
Looks like a small clever. I would say it would be a good food prep knife.
