The great Katana scales better with STR and a Heavy Infusion and your positive Stat Returns really stop at 80 STR/DEX (60 for Health). So if you swap STR/DEX and reallocate 10 points from DMG into HP, you could have 200 more Health (which is more than a 10% increase) and STILL have more DMG with 80 STR than you have at 90 DEX right now xD There would even be Points to spare left over - this Build is quite far from being perfected, but the general Idea is good.
