Had to restart my computer after I created the local account.
Then I could go to Accounts and remove the Microsoft account.

If this didn’t work it might be because you are signed into a school account. You’ll need to locate the ACCOUNTS in settings then go to ACCESS WORK OR SCHOOL after that click on the email or account and click DISCONNECT.

My technician logged in his school account, and I can't remove it. I don't really care if his account still exist in my laptop but if his account can track what I'm doing then what's the solution?

I think removing the account from your pc will solve that. You could also research on that specific matter because I am not entirely sure.
