The best tip to getting good at kbd is to start very slowly, start with just 2 kbds and work your way up to 3 and 4.
Make sure to take pauses inbetween to allow your hands to rest (3 secs is enough) so you can execute the input with as little fatigue as possible. (DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE HAND FATIGUE!)
By making sure you're consistently getting it without mashing, your muscle memory will take over fast and within a week you'll be able to do it fast in succession without much of a problem.

While working on the B,db,b KBD you can use the B, * , QCB, * B, *, QCB.
    The * is neutral.
The disadvantage is that it doesn't work with backsway characters(Paul, Nina, Bryan).
An advantage, outside of being easier, is that you start building up your wavedash for the opposite side(F, *, QCF, *).

just do a backdash normally and at the end of the full backdash, you cancel it with a crouch. thats the explanation. you dont need no video man. cancel it with a crouch, more specifically down back. THEN is when you let go, finally tapping back once more and youll have done a KBD. like this:
*one full backdash -> cancel with downback -> let go -> tap back*
after you can do one, try doing two in a row. the sequence is this:
*one full backdash -> cancel with downback -> let go -> tap back -> **__cancel with downback -> tap back_*
every repetition of "cancel with downback -> tap back" will give you another korean backdash.

There are some ways to make kbd easier depending on how worn in and what pad you use. On a ps3 controller the pad is so soft that you can hit downback by shifting your finger weight to the bottom right corner of the back button making it so you can use one button to hit back and downback and just by shifting weight you can alternate. Using this method you can do things like ewgf easier since you have a clearer sign of when you hit df compared to trying to time it while sliding qcf. Also allows for clean inputs, but again only works on specific soft pads.

Would love to see Punk attempting a Taunt Jet Upper, the real hardest trick in Tekken

If u do back back QCB back QCB back, you will get hit by mids all the time, the goal is to have clean db input (which is difficult on hitbox), on the other hand tho you’ll occasionally block lows the way you’re doing it like a fuzzy guard (some pros like superakouma does this and incidentally uses hitbox)
Real kbd has no QCB input , just db b neutral repeatedly

When you realize it’s easier to do KBD by starting with back back then doing down back, b, db, b

I had hard time doing KBD in tk5, in tk6 I was decent then ttt2 my kbd has improved tremendously probably because those games had better movement compared to tk7 imo
