      I originally was going to go with the light green and blue version but I'm pretty happy I went with this!

    great video dude. Although I'm sure you already know this by now but you can't leave that little piece at the back that your tail light fastens to. (if you have a 3" lug track) It will contact the track when you bottom out, making a taco mess. Even my buddy who stretched his 153 to a 162, first ride his track hit that piece and mangled it. Just keep in mind for anyone looking to do a chop or stretch!

      Thank you for the correction! I did hear about that after I was done the install because sadly I put the bumper on at the end of the riding season

      What about 2014 m800 cats with 2.6" lugs? And if so what does a person use as a stiffener/ light mount ?

      So that issue is only when cutting the tunnel? Also do you even have to touch the taillight when not chopping?

    • @TheOnlyMrSkanky
      @TheOnlyMrSkanky  2 года назад

      @@Brobro449 nope shouldn't have to touch the tail light if your leaving it stock length

    Hey I’m back lol. So when you take that running board support of do you have to take that triangle bracket of or is that just for new running boards

  • @Brobro449

    How did you lift the running boards onto the jack stands?

    Hello!
    How did you get of the back piece of the running board on the start?

    • @TheOnlyMrSkanky
      @TheOnlyMrSkanky  3 года назад

      Tbh it wasn't fun. I took a rubber deadblow hammer and tapped it back far enough that I could get a punch into the slot inside and then pried it back and wiggled till the piece came out. I'm not 100 percent sure if that's the proper way to do it but that's what I did.

    Curious about snow flap or no snow flap. I have a similar set up and the flap is a problem.

    • @TheOnlyMrSkanky
      @TheOnlyMrSkanky  2 года назад

      I don't run a snow flap and actually built a new housing for the trail light to avoid any chance of it getting ripped off

      @@TheOnlyMrSkanky I am essentially running no flap. I have also moved the light with a bracket. Thesled runs fine/cool as long as there is some movement. For example - long uphill woops at 3-5 MPH suck and things get warm. But so do other unchoped alphas.
