you need the supplements sodium bicarbonate + beta-alanine + taurine to form an acid transport chain.
    * taurine buffers inside the mitochondria
    * beta-alanine (for carnosine) buffers in the cell
    * sodium bicarbonate buffers in the blood
this way the acidity can be 'buffered out' of the mitochondria where the slow down of the krebs cycle takes place with lower pH levels because all the enzymes that do the work in the krebs cycle slow down the work with lower pH levels.

Like life acid has any meaning other than strange goo in a silver. But you'll need artificial lemonade right before to activate.

You take is best 1H prior or 30 min prior training. When you start the training you will feel it. It requires water, lot of water, to compensate the burn effect. Also as it removes plaque from blood vessel's you need to start with small doses, and increase gradually not to get a cloth or stroke due to it. Liquid one it is best to start small ( tea spoon ) and increase each week a bit until you reach 500. Be mindful, it is a fat burner and affects the hair too.
